IPOガバナンスおよびSOXコンプライアンス（20%） 報酬・給与・株式報酬プロセスにおけるSOX準拠の内部統制構築・維持（ICFR文書化、統制テスト、監査対応） 内部監査、外部監査、財務、法務との連携による監査対応（初年度および継続） インサイダー取引規制、ブラックアウト期間、開示要件への対応徹底 日本における役員報酬開示・プロキシ関連対応のサポート 3. チームマネジメントおよびADP移行の統括（25%） 3名の直属メンバー（Payroll、C&B・People Operations、HRIS・People Analytics、HR Generalist）の育成・マネジメント
