オンライン上で販売する外部IP（知的財産権）を用いた商品開発・販売およびPR戦略を担当していただきます。扱うIPはアニメ、漫画、キャラクター、芸能、スポーツなど多岐にわたり、国内だけでなく海外IPを用いた企画もお任せします。 業務範囲は商品企画から版権元への提案、進行管理、製造メーカーの選定、デザインディレクション、PR戦略まで幅広く携わっていただきます。売上数字にもコミットしていただく、裁量と責任の大きいポジションです。 業務内容 商品企画/開発（MD） 版権元とのコミュニケーション 仕入れ、製造メーカーとのコミュニケーション 販売数量予測と、予測に基づいた製造数量の検討 製造原価、売上等の管理、各種スケジュールの管理 デザインディレクション（商品 / LP・バナー） 商品登録、サイト更新 プロモーション、マーケティング業務全般 その他EC付随業務（一部、受注管理やCS対応など） 必須要件 IPを用いた商品 / キャンペーン企画の経験（商品企画、MDプランナーなど）2年以上、もしくはプロダクトマーケティングの経験（広告運用、EC運用、SNS運用など）2年以上 関係者を巻き込んでプロジェクト推進を行うための高度なコミュニケーション能力 歓迎要件 IPに関する幅広い知見を持つ方、新しい情報をキャッチアップし仕事に活かせる方 簡易的なデザイン制作業務（Illustrator、Photoshopを用いた告知用素材作成など） 戦略的思考力とプランニング能力 自ら考え行動できる方 福利厚生 査定（年2回） ボーナス（年1回） 通勤交通費 完全週休二日（土日祝）、年末年始休み 有給休日 慶長休暇、産休、育休 社会保険：労災保険、雇用保険、健康保険、厚生年金完備 就業時間：10:00-19:00（休憩1時間を含む） オフィス：六本木ヒルズ...
