IT戦略・プロジェクト推進 サプライチェーン・調達領域におけるIT施策・プロジェクトを、日本側の窓口（SPOC）として推進 ビジネス部門・グローバルIT・外部ベンダーとの調整・意思決定支援 要件の背景整理、優先順位付け、合意形成のリード QCDを意識したプロジェクトマネジメント 2.
