[SC] Specialty Care部門 マーケティング部 ブランドマネージャー／アソシエイトブランドマネージャー Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager, Marketing スペシャルティケア部門（SC）では、アミロイドーシスをはじめ、皮膚科、消化器、成長ホルモン、ならびに血友病などの領域において、様々な疾患に苦しむ患者さんのQOL向上を目指し、画期的な薬剤を適切にお届けするためのブランドプランの策定と実行を通じて、ファイザー・ジャパンの成長に貢献しています。 SC部門が取り扱う複数の製品（ビンマック／ビンダケル、ヒムペプジ、サイバインコ、リットフーロ、ベルスピティ、エヌジェンラ）は、それぞれの疾患領域において治療の選択肢を広げ、患者さんの生活の質向上に寄与しています。今回、スペシャルティケア部門では取り扱い製品の中で、マーケティングチームに所属するブランドマネージャーを募集します。 ブランドマネージャーは、担当製品のプロモーション戦略立案と実行を通じて製品価値の最大化に責任を持ち、オムニチャネルを活用したコマーシャル活動の展開を担当します。加えて、中長期的な製品価値の最大化を目指した戦略立案と実行を主導します。この役割は、マーケティングリードおよび他のブランドマネージャーと密接に連携し、国内外の複数の社内関係部署との協業を推進するために、強いオーナーシップとリーダーシップが求められます。また、KOL等の外部関係者との適切なコミュニケーションも期待されます。 SC部門の多様な製品の未来を担い、ファイザー全体の成長を牽引するブランドマネージャーを、製品を限定せず、下記の要領にて公募いたします。 職務の目的（職務概要）／Position Purpose チーム方針に基づき、担当製品の売上と利益を最大化するために、ブランドプランと売上予測を策定し、担当製品の速やかな普及を図る。 主要な役割と責任／Description of Primary Role & Responsibility 長期的な製品展開を視野に入れ、売上予測（LRF: Long Range Forecast、LE: Latest Estimate）、オペレーティングプラン、ブランドプラン（市場分析、戦略／戦術）、コミュニケーションプラン（POA: Plan of Action）を策定し、予算を管理する。 目標と実績の乖離を最小化し、POA遂行加速のために実績および進捗をモニターし、年間目標の達成とPOAの効果的な実行を推進する。乖離が生じた場合には、適切な修正措置を講じる。 製品価値を最大化するため、市場調査（質的／量的）、競合分析、KOLとの折衝・交渉など、多数の情報源を活用して分析を行い、プロモーションの企画立案・実行・検証を行う。製品ライフサイクルを念頭に、常にトレンドを観測し、市場変化を的確に捉え、効果的なコンテンツおよびチャネルミックスに基づくオムニチャネルプロモーションを策定・実践する。 Global／Regional／Localの部門横断的な同僚や部署（営業、HSPを含むSME、BAI、ファイナンス、メディカル、Access & Values、開発、名古屋工場など）との議論に積極的に参加し、ブランド戦略・計画を策定するための独創的なアイデアを提案する。 外部の利害関係者（HCPや学会など）と協力し、市場シェアの大幅な拡大を目指す環境を構築する。
