Role Purpose 職務の目的（Purpose of Position） 担当製品ラインの事業パフォーマンス（売上高、粗利益、収益性、予測精度、戦略実行）に責任を持つ。 グローバル製品ライン戦略を日本市場向けの営業計画、製品導入計画、価格施策、顧客向けコミュニケーション、および業務上の優先事項へ落とし込む。 日本の営業チームとグローバル・リージョナル部門との橋渡し役となり、ビジネス機会の獲得、課題解決、顧客満足度の維持・向上を実現する。 製品、市場、顧客、財務に関する洞察を提供し、意思決定および長期的成長を支援する。 Key Responsibilities 職務概要（POSITION SUMMARY） Business Operations / Product Specialist は、日本における担当製品ラインの事業成果を推進する役割を担います。営業、財務、サプライチェーン、品質、製造、顧客の視点を統合しながらビジネス運営を行います。 営業、マーケティング、グローバル製品ラインマネジメント、工場、サプライチェーン、品質保証、カスタマーサービス、テクニカルサポート、薬事・規制対応、販売代理店などと連携し、売上および利益目標の達成、需要予測精度の向上、製品ライン戦略の推進、顧客や事業成果に影響を及ぼす課題の解決を行います。 主な職務内容（Major Responsibilities） 担当製品ラインを事業オーナーの視点でリードし、必要事項を特定し、提案を行い、実行を推進し、成果につなげる。 売上、粗利益、予算、需要予測、在庫およびその他の主要業績評価指標（KPI）に対する製品ラインのパフォーマンスを管理する。 市場・顧客インサイト、競合分析、価格戦略、製品ロードマップへの提言、新製品導入・販売終了計画、リスクおよび成長機会への対応策を含む製品ライン計画を策定・維持する。 営業チームおよび販売チャネルと連携し、営業戦略、ターゲット顧客設定、価値提案、案件フォローアップ施策を構築する。 顧客案件パイプライン、販売実績トレンド、市場シグナル、営業部門からの情報を分析し、需要の可視化と予測精度の向上を図る。また、必要に応じてSIOP（Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning）に関する議論に参加する。 品質、製造、サプライチェーン、カスタマーサービス、テクニカルサポート、薬事・規制対応、グローバル製品ラインマネジメントと連携し、各部門の責任範囲を尊重しながら課題解決を推進する。 製品問い合わせ、品質クレーム、変更通知、翻訳やローカライズ対応など、顧客向けの技術的・商業的コミュニケーションをサポートする。 価格改定、コスト削減、在庫および滞留・陳腐化在庫（SLOB）の削減、業務改善を通じて収益性向上に貢献する。 グローバル製品ラインマネージャーや製造拠点と密接に連携し、最新情報を取得するとともに、日本市場からのフィードバックを提供する。 上司から割り当てられたプロジェクトや業務を遂行し、チームの業務改善および知識共有に貢献する。 Experiences/Education -
