Job Summary 社内外ステークホルダーと緊密にコラボレーションしながら、コマーシャルガバナンス構築・維持にかかる部門横断的なプロジェクトの企画運営、および、コマーシャルガバナンスチームマネジメントを行う Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities 業務プロセスの導入・改善、その他ユーシービージャパンがコマーシャルガバナンスの観点で事業部間で横断的に取り組む必要のある改革等のプロジェクトを企画し、運営する コマーシャル部門に関連する法令や各種規制を遵守するための業務プロセスを関連部門とコラボレーションして構築し、SOPやガイダンスとして文書化する コマーシャル部門に関連する業務プロセス文書（SOPやガイダンス）を研修等を通じて関連部門に周知徹底し、また必要に応じて文書の改訂を行う ビジネスオペレーションコミッティー（BOC）の運営をリードする BOC決定事項（事業部横断的なビジネスオペレーションにかかる変更・ルール策定等）のコマーシャルガバナンスの運用・オペレーションの補佐（決定までのプロセス、周知徹底、業務補助等）をリードする 上記の補佐にあたって、効果的かつ効率的な社内・部内のコミュニケーションの構築、改善、運用をリードする 上記を遂行するためのステークホルダー（国内外のマネジメント層含む）との調整や交渉、報告において中心的な役割を担う 上記を実施するチームのリーダーとして、メンバーの業務管理、人材育成を担う Qualification 製薬企業での業務経験。特に、部門横断的プロジェクトをリードした経験が必須。 法令やコンプライアンスの重要性に対する理解度 責任感とリーダーシップ 企画力。部門横断的な調整能力 知的好奇心、学習意欲が高いこと ビジネスレベルの英語力（英語でのディスカッションをリードできる 【なお可】 コンプライアンス経験 コンサルティング企業でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 People Management経験...
