Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description Executive Assistant to CFOは、CFO（最高財務責任者）の業務を円滑かつ効率的に推進するため、スケジュール管理、会議運営、社内外との調整、資料作成、出張手配、電子稟議システム（AAM）の管理・運用, プロジェクトマネージメントなど、幅広いエグゼクティブサポートを担当します。 本ポジションには、高い機密保持意識、正確性、優れた調整力、先を見越した対応力が求められます。CFOの優先事項を理解し、国内外の経営陣、Finance部門、各事業部門、海外本社およびグローバルチームとのコミュニケーションと業務プロセスを支援します。 また、電子稟議システム（AAM）の安定的かつ適切な管理・運用を担い、社内規程およびコンプライアンスに則った申請・承認プロセスの定着と継続的な改善を推進します。 主な業務内容 電子稟議システム（AAM）の管理・運用 電子稟議システム（AAM）の日常的な管理・運用 申請・承認フロー、ユーザー権限、マスターデータの設定および更新 稟議申請の内容確認、進捗管理、不備対応および関係者へのフォローアップ システム利用に関する社内問い合わせ対応およびトラブルシューティング 運用ルール、マニュアル、申請テンプレート等の整備および更新 利用状況のモニタリング、課題の特定および業務プロセスの改善 社内規程およびコンプライアンスに沿った申請・承認プロセスの適正な運用 Finance、法務、IT、購買、各事業部門および海外関係部門との連携・調整 システム変更、組織変更、承認権限変更等に伴う各種設定および関係者への周知 エグゼクティブサポート CFOの複雑なスケジュール、会議および優先順位の管理 国内外の経営陣、Financeチーム、各事業部門および外部関係者との日程調整 会議招集、アジェンダ作成、資料準備、議事録作成およびアクションアイテムのフォローアップ 国内外の出張手配、旅程作成、ビザ・宿泊・移動等の調整および経費精算 CFO名義のメール、文書、報告資料、プレゼンテーション等の作成・編集・校正 日本語および英語による国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション ステークホルダーマネジメント JLTメンバー、Financeチーム、各部門責任者との連携 海外本社、リージョナルFinance、グローバルチームとの連絡・調整 金融機関、監査法人、税理士法人、外部アドバイザー、取引先等との調整 社内外の関係者に対する迅速かつプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーション 組織横断的な課題や依頼事項の進捗管理およびフォローアップ CFOと関係者との円滑な情報共有および信頼関係の構築 会議・プロジェクト支援 経営会議、予算会議、業績レビュー、Finance関連会議等の運営支援 予算策定、事業計画、業績管理等に関する会議やプロジェクトの調整 財務関連プロジェクトの進捗管理およびアクションアイテムのフォローアップ
