所属チームについて ソーシング購買部は、社内の購買・調達活動を資源配分、ガバナンス、データ品質を支える重要な機能として捉え、社内各部門が複雑な手続きから解放され事業成長に集中できる環境をつくります。 購買・契約・支払プロセスを集約・標準化し、将来的にAIや自動化技術を活用することで、より効率的で信頼性の高い業務基盤を構築します。 業務内容 購買・調達関連の事務手続き: 社内各部門からの購買・契約・支払依頼の受付、内容確認、社内申請システム（Jira/NetSuite/Spreadsheet等）への入力・進行管理・不備発生時の差し戻し対応 契約・支払プロセスのサポート: 契約締結に必要な情報の収集・整理、法務・経理・財務・情報セキュリティ等との連携、請求書受領・支払処理サポート、各種台帳更新 データ入力・情報整理: 購買・契約・支払データの入力・更新、予算・実績データの収集、会計・契約情報の品質向上に向けたデータ整備 社内コミュニケーション・問い合わせ対応: 社内申請者からの問い合わせ対応、必要情報の提出依頼・リマインド、日本語および英語での基本的な調整やり取り 業務改善・チェンジマネジメント補佐: 現行業務フローの可視化・課題抽出、マニュアル・FAQ等の作成・更新、AI・自動化ツール導入を見据えた業務標準化の補佐 主たる条件 業務委託料：時給 2,000円 稼働日数：週3日以上 （東京 渋谷のオフィスにご出社いただきます） 契約期間：業務委託に基づく（3か月ごと更新） 更新の有無：契約を更新する場合がある Requirements 必須要件 事務アシスタント、営業事務、購買事務、経理事務、総務事務、法務事務等のバックオフィス実務経験 Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Office（特にSpreadsheet / Excel）を用いた表計算・データ管理スキル 複数のタスクを整理し、優先順位と期限を意識して正確かつ着実に進行できる業務管理能力 社内外の関係者と丁寧かつ正確に連携できる日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力 週3日以上出社可能な方 歓迎要件 購買、調達、契約管理、支払処理、請求書処理のいずれかに関する実務経験 SaaS、業務委託、派遣、固定資産、IT機器等の購買・契約手続きに関する知識
