デジタルユニットのグローバル化を推進・完了するために必要なチェンジマネジメントを実行することが求められます。 150〜200名規模の組織をアジャイルで変化に柔軟に対応できる組織へと変革するための チェンジマネジメント施策の計画立案・改革を推進していただきます。 日本発メーカーで、主に医療事業と科学事業の分野で光学機器や電子機器を製造・販売しています。医療分野では世界シェアが７０％の製品などを持つ、日本が誇るグローバルな大企業です。 デジタルユニットのグローバル化を推進・完了するために必要なチェンジマネジメントを実行することが求められます。 150〜200名規模の組織をアジャイルで変化に柔軟に対応できる組織へと変革するための チェンジマネジメント施策の計画立案・改革を推進していただきます。 ①変革の必要性の認識 ・現状と将来のありたい姿とのギャップ（変更点）をヒト/プロセス/システムの観点から分析 ②変革戦略の策定と実行 ・組織のビジョンと戦略に基づいた変革プランの策定 ・変革プロジェクトの実行と進捗管理 ③アクションプランの作成とモニタリング ・詳細なアクションプランの作成と実行。 ・プロジェクトの進捗状況をモニタリングし、必要に応じて修正 ④リソースとトレーニングの管理 ・変革に必要なリソースの確保 ・エンジニア社員スキルマップ作成、トレーニング戦略、計画作成（スキルマップとのギャップを埋める） ⑤成果の評価と文化の定着 ・変革の成果を評価し、達成状況を報告 ・新しいプロセスや文化を組織に定着させるための施策を実施 応募資格／Qualifications 【必須要件】 ■学歴：学部卒以上 ■語学：日本語・英語ビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話） ■経験 ①PMO経験（5年以上） ・グローバルにまたがったPMO経験 ・部下マネジメント経験は不問 ・規模感：ダイレクトにマネジメントするのは20〜30名程度 組織全体では200名程度 ②ソフトウェア開発における、要件定義等の上流工程設計経験者 ※スキルマップ作成やトレーニング戦略立案のためソフトウェア開発の全体像を理解しておく必要があり ※コードはかけなくても問題なし 【歓迎要件】 ■経験/スキル ・医療機器やIT業界経験者 ※製造業でのバックグラウンドはなくても問題ありません
