NISADEでは、ニセコ、ルスツ、富良野でゲストサービスチームリーダーを募集しています! ゲスト・エクスペリエンス・アンバサダーは、送迎サービスから暖炉の火入れ、スキーのお手伝いまで、あらゆることをサポートする、多彩で楽しい仕事です。ゲストをお迎えする最初の「タッチポイント」となることも多く、ゲストの心に残る思い出を作るために全力を尽くします。 ゲスト・エクスペリエンス・アンバサダー・チームリーダーは、すべてのGEAが効率的かつシームレスに連携し、ゲストの期待を確実に上回るようにするための重要な役割を担っています。 GEAは、NISADEの高いサービスレベルを維持するために、すべてのゲストの体験が効率的、丁寧かつプロフェッショナルに処理されるように、チームと協力します。 GEAのTLは、FDチームとも密接に連携し、すべてのタスクが完了するように確認します。 Nisadeは、高いモチベーションを持ち、強い倫理観を持ち、少なくとも1～2年のリーダーシップポジションの経験を持ち、ミッションと目標の達成に導く重要な役割を担う方を求めています。 主な職務 ホテルゲストエクスペリエンスアンバサダーチームの監督と管理 他のホテルのGEAチームリーダーやGEAと協力し、すべてのNisadeゲストにシームレスな体験を保証する。 すべての車両が清掃され、よく整備され、損傷していないことを確認すること。 GEAのフロントデスクとコンシェルジュの間の定期的、継続的なコミュニケーションをリードする（例：シフト前のブリーフィング、スタッフミーティングの管理など） ゲストや従業員とのすべてのやり取りにおいて、優れたサービスを提供するための従業員のコミットメントと必要なサービス行動を育成する。 オーナーとの良好な関係を維持する ゲストのリクエストに迅速に対応し、ゲストの期待を超えることを目標に直感的なサービスを提供すること ドライバーリストを確認し、ドライブが効率的に管理されていることを確認する。 GEAが提起したゲストの問題や苦情への対応 必要に応じて、ゲストを村の中で運転／輸送すること 備品、鍵、忘れ物などのセキュリティの記録・管理 スタッフのスケジューリングとロスターのアシスト ゲスト、スタッフ、破損、メンテナンスの問題については、直属の上司、ホテルマネージャー、フロントオフィスマネージャーに直ちに報告すること。 スタッフのためのGEAトレーニングの実施を支援する。 出入りするゲストを笑顔とアイコンタクトで温かく迎え、指定された部屋まで案内し、家電製品の使い方を簡単に説明し、部屋を紹介する。 リゾートのアクティビティをゲストに紹介し、ゲストサービスをアップセルする。 電話やオンラインでレストランを予約し、ゲストがT&Cに署名して承認した後、レストランの確認書を受け取り、必要であればゲストをレストランに案内する。 フロントのサポート、ロビーの交通整理
