Job Description Position Summary: 免疫診断事業部オペレーション本部における海外サプライヤー・3PLマネジメントの担当者として、自チームの派遣スタッフやアウトソース先を統制する。デマンドプランニング・発注から倉庫内での製造までのプロセスの設計と管理を担当する。国内外サプライヤー・3PL・営業・マーケティング、受注・出荷チームなどの関連部署と良好な関係を築き連携し遅延欠品なく供給を行う。発注・仕入・製造業務に関連するプロセスの最適化・簡素化・可視化を推進し常にコストダウンを意識する。発注数量に関しては余剰が発生しない様に発注量をコントロールする。特に使用期限のある製品に関しては廃棄が発生しない様必要な情報を精査しリスクを最小限にする。これらのプロセスに関して常に継続的改善を行う。 Job Responsibilities: 製品の消費実績・コマーシャル部門からのセールスフォーキャスト等に基づき、担当部門の製品（体外診断用医薬品及び研究用試薬と精度管理コントロール品）の発注数を毎週計算し(パーツに関しては毎月)、海外関係会社工場及び国内ベンダーへ発注を行う。 国内外ベンダーへ定期的に送付する製品別のオーダーフォーキャストの作成、送付を行う。 工場からのAWB・インボイスその他情報等に基づき輸入製品に関する通関申請書類等を準備し、外部の通関代行会社へ通関依頼と通関後の入荷手配を行う 入荷製品の情報をERPへ登録し、仕入処理を行う。月末には経理の購入金額情報と、仕入情報とを照らし合わせ、正しい帳簿の作成を支援する サプライヤーの生産状況、バックオーダー、出荷予定などの情報をタイムリーに入手し、製品の安定調達を行う。欠品のリスクが生じた場合には、プライオリティの変更や緊急出荷・輸入を交渉し、欠品のリスク回避に努める 発注残、発注見込み、セールスフォーキャストから月末の在庫金額のフォーキャストを作成し、部門としての在庫及びDOS（在庫回転日数）の目標達成を支援する。月末在庫金額がフォーキャストと乖離する場合、期限切れの製品が発生する場合には、その原因を分析し再発防止策を実行する Sales Forecastに基づき、入庫した製品の製造～検査の計画をWeekly単位で作成して3PLへ提示し、計画通りに実施されるよう3PLの製造管理・指導を行う。 Kittingや小分けをする製品のComponentのロットや数量を指定し、SAP内でのOrder作成やQMS手順に則った外観検査記録書、Kitting・小分け記録書の作成を行う。 顧客からの指定納期通りに納品・遅延欠品が発生しない様、3PLにおける出荷・配送業務の指導・管理・モニタリングを行う。またイレギュラー発生時には3PL、RAQA、営業、サービス、Customer Operationチーム等と連携を取り調整をリードする。顧客納期遵守率(OTIF)のゴールを達成する。 問題が検知された場合には、タイムリーなエスカレーションを行い、迅速に問題解決のアクションをとる。また、ミスの場合、原因究明と再発防止策の策定と実施をする 担当業務についてデータ収集、分析、原因の特定から実現可能な複数の解決策の起案までを行う。各手順における質と工数の改善エリアを特定し、全体のプロセス改善の実行に向けて関連部署と協業して効率化を促進し、自チームで新たな付加価値を提供できるリソースを確保する 担当業務や業務外の工数・時間の削減と効率化を進める 3PLのKPI管理および改善指導により製造効率を上げLogistics Costの改善とKPIを達成する。 業務リーダーとしてチームのKPIを理解し、KPIを達成できるように努める。実績と目標との乖離があった場合はチームメンバーへの業務割当の見直し、教育、トレーニングや業務改善をおこなう 監査、コンプライアンスに則り、必要な文書を最新の状態にし、修正、管理、保管を行う 業務手順および管理プロセスをレビューし、必要に応じて関連するプロセスを改善もしくは再定義する。また、手順を文書化し、定期的に見直し更新を行う Minimum Qualifications: ＜経験・スキル＞ 事業会社における実務経験（5年以上）特に発注・仕入業務及び輸入通関に関連する実務経験３PLマネジメントの経験（3年以上） MS Office全般が使いこなせる。特にExcelによる分析についての経験と知識が深い Excelなどを使った業務分析・改善活動の経験 ERPシステム（例SAP）の運用経験 マトリックスベースのグローバル組織での実務経験 英語力（読解・メール・会話）-
