Process Digital Transformation / プロセスデジタルトランスフォーメーション 【職務概要】 医薬品製造部門のプロセスデジタルトランスフォーメーションスタッフとして、製造関連システム（SAP、MES等）の新規導入および維持管理、製造実績データの分析・可視化、ならびにITを活用した製造工程のデジタル化推進を担当いただきます。 1. GMP・関連SOPおよび上司の指示に基づき、SAP・MES等の製造関連システムおよび関連文書の維持管理を行い、製品の安全・品質および製造工程の安定稼働を支援する。 2. MES新規導入プロジェクトにおいて、上司および関係部署・関係者と連携し、システム導入・運用定着に向けた各種プロジェクト活動を支援する。 3. 各製造工程の工数設定を支援するとともに、製造システムから得られる製造実績データを収集・分析・可視化し、製造工程の現状把握および改善に貢献する。 4. ITの活用・導入を支援し、製造工程のデジタル化（Digitalization）を推進する。 5. 逸脱・トラブル発生時には、関係部署・関係者と連携し、原因調査・報告、製品品質への影響評価、CAPA立案等を迅速にサポートする。 6. 手順・システム等の変更に際し、起案資料作成、リスクアセスメント、スケジュール管理等をサポートする。 7. 業務に関する安全性、品質および生産性向上に向けた改善活動（Operational Excellence活動）に主体的に参画する。 【応募要件】 専門学校、高専、大学卒以上 医薬品製造、品質管理（QC）または関連業務における3年以上の実務経験 GMPに関する基本的な知識 SAP、MES、LIMS等の製造・品質管理関連システム／ITに関する知識・スキルがあれば望ましい データ分析および可視化スキル（Power BI、Excel等を活用した業務経験があれば尚可） オーナーシップを持ち、オープンかつ建設的なコミュニケーションができること MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）を用いた資料作成スキル ビジネス英語(TOEIC L&R 730、もしくは今後それが目指せるレベルが望ましい) 【バイエルが提供できること】 職務内容に応じた競争力のある給与パッケージ（基本給、ショートターム・インセンティブ・ボーナス、トップ・パフォーマンス・アワードなど）をご提供しています 年次有給休暇に加え、さまざまな特別休暇をご用意しています。また、フレックスタイム制や在宅勤務制度を導入しており、仕事内容に応じて、上司との連携を図りながらワークライフバランスを推進しています
