事業概要 チャネルトークは「企業と顧客の間にあるコミュニケーションの問題を解決する」をミッションに、顧客といつでもどこでも会話ができる環境を作る「All in One AIメッセンジャー」を提供しています。CRMデータを元にした問い合わせ対応の設計やAIを活用した問い合わせ対応業務の自動化を通じて、CS対応の効率化から顧客体験の向上までチャネルトーク1つで解決します。 現在は日本、韓国、アメリカで展開をしています。230,000以上の企業に利用されており、B2B企業の中では、アジアで最も早い水準で成長をしています。 なぜ募集するのか 当社では、より多くのお客様に当社サービスをご活用いただくため、SMB領域での新規顧客開拓を強化しています。SMB領域では、エンタープライズ営業のような長期・大型案件とは異なり、より多くの顧客接点を持ちながら、短い商談サイクルの中で着実に受注を積み上げていく営業活動が求められます。 また、比較的導入しやすい価格帯の商材である一方、単に件数を追うだけではなく、顧客ごとの課題を素早く捉え、限られた商談時間の中で適切に価値を伝え、納得感のある意思決定につなげることが重要です。そこで今回、電話・オンライン商談を中心に効率よく案件を進めながら、SMB市場の拡大を担っていただくSMBセールスを募集します。 業務内容 SMB領域における新規顧客の開拓 電話、オンライン商談等を中心とした営業活動 見込み顧客へのアプローチ、課題ヒアリング、商談設定、提案、クロージング 短い商談サイクルの中での案件推進および受注獲得 顧客ニーズに応じた適切な提案と導入意思決定の後押し マーケティングやインサイドセールスと連携したリード対応 Salesforce等を活用した案件管理、活動管理、売上進捗管理 顧客の反応や失注理由の収集、および営業プロセス改善へのフィードバック 必要な経験/スキル IT、SaaS、ソフトウェア、クラウドサービス等における法人営業経験 数をこなす営業活動の中で、PDCAを回しながら質を向上させた経験 営業目標に対して継続的に取り組んできた経験 望ましい経験/スキル スタートアップでの営業経験 短期間で多数の案件を並行して進めた経験 Salesforce等のCRM利用経験 アウトバウンド営業の経験...
