ISSE is a textile chain manufacturer located near Barcelona, Spain.
The ISSE SNOW SOCKS TEAM is handling sales of ISSE's winter fabric chains for car tires in Japan, covering everything from trading to product management and wholesale distribution.
MISSION:
As a member of the ISSE SNOW SOCKS TEAM, you will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential new customers.
You are a Doer, dependable and comfortable with taking initiative.
A flexible interpretation of this role combined with your capacity to build good relationships with clients, and your sales planning skills will be strong assets for you to be successful in this position.
Since the company is selling winter products,
- from September to February, the main focus is on sales follow-up to improve sales,
- from March to August, the main focus is on sales to new customers and proposal sales to existing customers.
Depending on the client, business trips may be required (domestic).

Requirements

PROFILE:
  • You have extensive experience in the automotive industry (auto parts dealers, major mass retailers)
  • Experience in corporate sales, new client sales, or foreign trade sales is especially welcome.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to create sales and presentation materials using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You are comfortable with the following: proposal sales, training sessions, study groups
  • Native in Japanese, your comprehension of English (mostly spoken) should be at a conversational level or above
