- Work Directly with Japanese Pharmaceutical Teams: Engage with Sales & Marketing business teams to understand requirements and deliver BI visualization solutions tailored to their needs.
- Bridge Business & Technology Teams: Gather and document requirements in both Japanese and English, coordinating closely with development teams in Japan and India.
- Gain Exposure to Pharmaceutical BI & DX: Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes while supporting UAT, validation, and production deployments, with Power BI experience as an added advantage.
Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with Japanese Pharmaceutical commercial (Sales & Marketing) business teams for user consultation and requirement gathering for BI visualizations in Japanese
- Document the requirements and communicate them to development team both in English and Japanese
- Validate the deliverables and support UAT before production deployments
- Work closely with development team in Japan and India for quick deployments
Job Qualification:
- Familiar with Japanese Pharmaceutical commercial (Sales & Marketing) business processes such as drug distribution processes and related data, MR’s day in the life activities, marketing operations, etc
- Some experience as a Business Analyst for any IT/DX projects
- Experience in PowerBI visualization is Nice to Have
Required languages: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English required.
