Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication.
- Understand and gather business requirements from Japanese customers.
- Clarify customer requirements and identify business needs.
- Document and organize requirements in Japanese.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to the offshore team in India.
- Coordinate between customers, internal teams, and offshore members.
- Facilitate discussions and resolve requirement-related questions.
- Track requirements, issues, and action items.
- Support project teams throughout the requirement and development phases.
- Ensure customer expectations and offshore deliverables are properly aligned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Requirement Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in customer-facing communication.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Strong Japanese and English bridging/coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate requirements clearly with offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with offshore development teams is preferred..
Language Skill: Businrss level Japanese (JLPT N2) and business level English
