Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis and requirements definition with customer business departments
- Collaboration and project promotion with Japanese and global development teams
- Leading the entire project delivery from requirements definition to release
- Managing scope, schedule, tasks, and risks
- Negotiating and communicating with business stakeholders
- Promoting agile development and facilitating Scrum events
- Identifying and resolving project issues and quality control
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of practical experience as a project manager
- Client-facing experience including customer negotiations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in development or implementation of CMS platforms
- Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with projects in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master
- Experience with digital platform projects involving the integration of multiple systems
Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English (or higher)
