Introduction to the job

HR Business Partner (HRBP), works closely with the manager and supervisors of responsible sectors/departments who are based in Japan and overseas. As a HR leader, he/she supports the entire population of approximately 100 employees across the country, connects and provides them with solid advice and feedback on HR strategic topics. The position is also expected to demonstrate leadership for the entire ASML Japan organization beyond sectors.

1) To drive HR strategic agenda, lead and manage their implementation for responsible sectors in Japan
2) To lead and facilitate HR processes(ex. performance management, potential identification, succession planning, etc.)
3) To proactively support responsible sectors’ initiatives as enabling partner
4) To enable people leadership and competence development in responsible sectors
5) To provide advice and consultancy to managers and supervisors on talent acquisition
6) To co-work with managers and supervisors on people related issues and challenges
7) To implement and embed global/regional initiatives, on both sector specific and HR related topics
8) To function as change agents, participating in company-wide programs and initiatives (ex. Organizational Development, culture)
9) To work with the country HR team to define HR strategies and priorities and act accordingly
10) To lead country HR projects and drive continuous improvement on HR operations

Operational Expert – HR processes, data & analytics
• Advisor/executor HR cycle
• Compensation & Benefits related topics
• Recruitment incl. flex conversion
• HR data & dashboards

Change Agent
• Assisting in change initiatives
• Enhancing management/team development
• Facilitating off-site workshops & trainings

Education and experience

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Experience
• > 7 years’ experience in the field of HR business partnering within multi-national companies and ideally technical business environment
• Experiences in multiple HR functional areas are plus (eg. recruitment, compensation & benefit, organization/leadership development, talent management, etc.)
• Change management and organizational development experiences are advantage
• Experience in a global and matrix organization are preferred
• Well-rounded experiences in strategic and operational roles

業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行うことがあります。
三重、広島

・勤務時間
所定労働時間は7時間30分(休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の3通りが選択可能です。
8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:00

・所定時間外労働:有
