Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive PLM solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Create detailed solution architectures, including system landscapes, integrations, and data models across various PLM platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide expert guidance on PLM best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members in designing and implementing PLM solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and frameworks within the PLM COE.
- Stay up-to-date on PLM trends, technologies, and industry trends, especially regarding Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, ARAS, and PTC Windchill.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including creating solution presentations and proposals.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of PLM solutions with our standards and client expectations.
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation.
- Advanced expertise in at least two of the following PLM platforms: Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), ARAS, and PTC Windchill.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience to engage in pre-sales and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of PLM processes, including product data management, change management, and configuration management.
- Experience integrating PLM systems with enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CRM, etc.
- Proficiency in data modeling, system architecture, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a global, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel for necessary business trips for customer engagement.
Language & Communication Skills: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English
