Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and development processes and production technology processes in the manufacturing industry.
- Implementation and operation of the PLM system.
- Manage projects while communicating directly with the client.
- Deepen understanding of industry IT challenges and define areas that need transformation.
- Create a system that will serve as a domestic standard and attempt to implement it elsewhere.
- Depending on experience, take responsibility for tasks in addition to Teamcenter development.
- Understand functional and technical requirements and document those requirements.
- Support high-level and low-level design definitions.
- Advise clients on PLM strategy, PLM business process transformation, and implementation.
- PLM product evaluation and recommendation.
- Build a PLM Reference Architecture.
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Practical experience in Teamcenter development.
- Extensive practical experience in customization, configuration, and integration tasks.
- Experience in product engineering and program management.
- Experience developing 1–2 clients with end-to-end implementations.
- Experience setting up Teamcenter and strong debugging skills.
- Consulting experience demonstrating an understanding of customer challenges.
- Ability to understand functional and technical requirements and document them.
Language & Communication Skills: Fluent level English and Japanese language skills are a plus
