ポジション名：営業部営業企画推進グループ東日本推進担当
勤務地：東日本全域・北海道含む（週2泊程度の出張が多くなる業務です）
主な出張先：札幌、仙台、新潟、長野、茨城、東京、埼玉
所属：営業部営業企画推進グループ

Abbott Rapid Diagnosticsは、診断分野において革新的な技術と専門チームを集結し、疾患の診断・治療・管理に重要な情報提供を行っています。

本ポジションは、代理店を活用した、検査キット（主にクリニックで活用される抗原検査キット）の拡販や、POCT型遺伝子検査装置ID NOWの市場浸透を図る為の企画立案と推進（営業活動含む）をいただきます。市場における、当社製品のシェア向上が最重要取組テーマとなります。特約店本部、支店を訪問いただき、当社製品の認知促進と販売促進を担って頂きます。エリアの営業担当者との連携も通じて、広域のエリアをカバーいただきます。

担当エリアの戦略立案から実行までのプロセスを実行いただく、やりがいのある仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

・ホールセール（特約店）とのパートナーシップの強化と成長機会の創出

・主要ホールセールの管理および関係構築

・各業界における製品価値の評価と戦略提案

・ホールセール向けの資料作成及び企画進捗管理

・医療業界の規制遵守のもとしたプロジェクト推進

・担当エリア（広域）のエリアプラン作成および営業担当者との連携

【応募資格（必須）】

・医療業界（医療機器・製薬含む）における営業経験（目安：8年以上）

・学士号

・営業戦略立案・実行能力

・分析ツールの活用スキル

・体外診断、医療機器、業界の経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・広域の代理店を活用した営業経験

・感染症関連製品の経験者（衛生材料、抗菌薬、ワクチン、診断機器）

・自ら課題を特定し改善策を推進した経験

・不確実な環境下で意思決定した経験

・指指示待ちではなく課題設定ができる

・エリア・代理店の課題を自走で見つける

・仮説→実行→検証が回せる
