【職務内容】:
- 証券×ITの当社知見や個人のナレッジを活かし、顧客の課題を解決しプロジェクトを成功に導くこと、さらには顧客へのソリューション提案・案件獲得をすることがミッションです
チームメンバーとして、以下を行います:
- ネット証券ユーザー部門での新規案件の立案・計画の支援を実施する
- ネット証券システム部門でのシステム要件の作成支援を実施する
- 案件責任者に対してPMとして、プロジェクトの進捗・課題、今後のアクションプラン作成を支援する
- クライアントの課題に対して、ソリューションの提案、案件を獲得する
[Job details]:
- Our mission is to utilize our securities and IT knowledge and personal knowledge to solve customer issues and lead projects to success, as well as to propose solutions to customers and acquire projects.
As a team member, you will:
- Provide support for drafting and planning new projects in the online securities user department
- Provide support for creating system requirements in the online securities system department
- As a PM for the project manager, support project progress, issues, and future action plan creation
- Propose solutions and win projects for client issues
Requirements
【求める職務経験・必須スキル】:
- 2年以上の証券におけるビジネスまたはITに従事した経験
- 3年以上の金融システム開発に従事した経験 (Java, Oracle)
- システム開発のPMに従事した経験
- コミュニケーション、ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーション、ドキュメンテーションなど基本的なコンサルティングスキル
- Fluentレベルの日本語力（スピーキング、読み書き）
【歓迎する経験】:
- フロントシステムのシステム開発経験
- Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウドサービスを利用した開発
- Salesforce（ServiceCloud、FSC）の経験
[Required Skills]:
- 2+ years of experience working in securities business or IT
- 3+ years of experience in financial system development (Java, Oracle)
- Experience working as a system development PM
- Basic consulting skills including communication, facilitation, presentation, and documentation
- Fluent level Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
[Welcome Experience]:
- Front system system development experience
- Development using cloud services such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Salesforce (ServiceCloud, FSC) experience
