TALENT PARTNER JAPAN Talent Partner (TP) collaborates with business leaders of functions in charge to achieve their business objectives by understanding business context and circumstances and proposing specific solutions and options regarding people, organization and culture. Duties: -Provide professional advice and insights about people, organization and culture based upon business acumen and HR expertise.
-Propose and implement talent management processes including acquisition, development, assignments and exit based upon workforce planning with consideration of skills, competency and career paths.
-Propose and implement people development programs to enhance organizational capabilities and engagement among employees.
-Contribute as a project member to global and regional strategic talent projects when assigned.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/ external/ overseas stakeholders to contribute to smooth talent operations. -----------------
