ポジションを募集する背景 日々の生命保険業務を遂行するために稼働している様々なシステムに関して、インシデントの早期検知、もしくはインシデント発生時の早期リカバリにより、安定稼働させることを目的とするポジションです。 当社では新商品関連、システム基盤の刷新、デジタル化、規制・法令対応など多岐にわたるシステム開発プロジェクトが進行しており、そのような中でも上記の目的を果たすことができるようにガバナンスを強化しながら業務プロセスの最適化および自動化をより推進するITサービスマネージャーとして募集します。 職務内容 以下の職務を担当していただきます。 オペレーションマネジメント ベンダーマネジメント/プロジェクトマネジメント プロダクションマネジメント データ分析およびダッシュボードツール等によるレポート 業務プロセスの最適化および自動化推進 AI導入に向けた調査および立案 その他、グループ内の他チームとのコラボレーション推進 など ガバナンスマネジメント 内部監査および内部統制に関わるコーディネーション 当グループ所管の社内規程管理および更新 その他、グループおよびチーム内の組織体制や役割のリデザイン など 職務を通して、当社システムの知見を広く得る機会があり、新技術、保険商品知識、関連規制・法令などの理解を深めることができます。また広い視野と問題解決力が身につきますので、将来的に幅広いキャリア形成が可能です。 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須） 生命保険会社または金融機関でのシステム開発または運用保守経験 生命保険会社または金融機関でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験（１億円規模） 英語力（メールでの読み書きレベル） ベンダーマネジメント（英語でできればなお可） 内部/外部監査対応（システム監査/SOX監査） 関連部門と円滑かつ柔軟に、根気強く協業できるコミュニケーション力 ■資格 生命保険 一般課程試験 経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可） 生命保険会社または金融機関での開発プロセス標準化 システム監視業務(24H/365Days) システム部門における管理職/チームリーダー経験 ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure
