Division： Inner Beauty Business Department Job level： Manager/Staff Reports to： Group Manager Contract type： Full-time 募集概要： 1996年に発売され、日本におけるコラーゲン市場を創造した「資生堂 ザ・コラーゲン」は、 416億円の健康食品コラーゲン市場の10%(*2023年実績)のシェアをもち、美容ドリンクではナンバー１のブランドです。 現在、インナービューティ事業部ではブランド管理機能および日本市場ローカルマーケティング機能を担っています。 このブランド成長計画、年間予算に責任を持ち、 マーケティング機能としてP/L管理、ブランド戦略、マーケティング市場実行をリードできる方を募集いたします。 主要な責任範囲： ※選考を通して、職務範囲を決定いたします。 ■「資生堂 ザ・コラーゲン」のブランドポートフォリオ戦略立案およびマネジメント業務、中長期でのブランド成長および年次の業績目標達成を目指す。 （財務指標） グローバルP/L： 収益($)、営業利益($、%) （ブランド指標）：市場パフォーマンス、ブランド指標 ■プランニングにおいては、テーマ仮説出し、情報収集分析、企画立案・提案、実行支援・調整、モニタリング・軌道修正までを一貫して、自らリードし進める。 ■社外、社内のあらゆる機会や脅威を定量調査、定性調査を通して検証したうえで、顧客への提供価値を最大化するブランド戦略、活動計画を策定する。 ■商品開発グループと協業し、中長期にわたる新製品開発パイプラインを策定し、各市場の生活者ニーズに応える商品開発を進める。 ■外部のパートナーと緊密に連携して、統合されたマーケティングコミュニケーション計画を策定、実行する。 ■ターゲット生活者の行動特性をもとに主要店頭チャネルおよび自社ＥＣへの顧客流入を促進する、タッチポイントおよびメッセージ戦略および活動計画を策定・実行する。 ■売上情報、各種市場データ、ブランドトラッキングデータをもとに、迅速なＰＤＣＡを運用する。 ■ROlの評価:定期的にモニタリングし、継続的改善を行う。 ■営業チームと緊密に連携して、販売計画、トレードマーケティング活動計画を策定、実行する。生活者だけでなく取引先のインサイトをとらえ、実効性の高い効果的な施策を開発していく。 ■Ｓ＆ＯＰプロセスにおいてブランド売上計画の責任を担う。
