スタートアップからエンタープライズに至る日本の多くの企業が、クラウド技術を活用してビジネス上のアドバンテージを得ようとしています。これに伴い、技術や運用に関してガイダンスを提供し、お客様のクラウドジャーニーに伴走するエキスパートが求められています。AWS エンタープライズサポートでは、お客様の変革を支援し、クラウドジャーニーの各フェーズでお客様の最も近くにいる担当者であるTechnical Account Manager(TAM)を募集しています。 Technical Account Manager (TAM)は、お客様がAWS上で技術的なソリューションを実現するための支援、またそれを運用していく中でお客様が直面する様々な課題の解決の支援を行います。お客様は、デジタルネイティブと呼ばれる企業群、SaaS アプリケーション提供企業から、伝統ある日本企業、複数の業種にまたがる大企業、そしていまや公共団体にまで拡がっています。お客様の急速な成長と共にエンタープライズサポートの組織も成長しており、そのスピードに合わせTAMはクラウドジャーニーの様々なステージにいる数社のお客様を同時に支援します。 なお、今回募集している本ポジションのTAMは、パブリックセクターをご担当いただきます。 TAMは、お客様が抱える技術的に難しい課題の解決を支援し、必要に応じてお客様に技術的なガイダンスを提供、そして、お客様のシステムアーキテクチャやオペレーションに対して技術的なレビューをします。それらに加えて、TAMは 日本を含めた グローバルの AWS 内でお客様の代弁者として行動する事が期待されています。この仕事を通じて、あなたはお客様のシステムアーキテクチャや技術的オペレーションに習熟しながら、お客様との間に強いプロフェッショナルな信頼関係を築く事ができるでしょう。 これまでTAMとして採用された候補者の多くは、ネットワーク、データベース、アプリケーションサーバー、オペレーティングシステム、プログラミングといったインターネットを利用したサービスに関係する技術に対する経験を持ち、それらのうち１つ以上の分野に習熟しています。過去のクラウドコンピューティングの経験は必須ではありません。また、開発や社内情報システム部門で活躍されていた方も採用され、活躍しています。入社後には、AWSに関する専門的な技術を習得するための3ヶ月にわたるトレーニングが提供され提供されるため、AWS初心者の方でも安心してご入社いただけます。 AWS を活用した大規模なワークロードをサポートできるやりがいのある職種です。フレックスタイム制度などの柔軟な働き方と、入社後研修後も定期的に提供されるラーニングの機会、そして将来のキャリアの選択肢も幅広くあります。 AWS におけるお客様の代弁者として、お客様と日本のビジネスに貢献するこの魅力的なロールにチャレンジしてみませんか。 Key job responsibilities - AWS エンタープライズ サポートのテクニカル アカウント マネージャとして、お客様の Point of Contact として活動し、お客様の困難な技術的課題に対して AWS の幅広いサービスの知識とテクニカルリソースを駆使してその課題の解決を支援する。また、重要なイベントが発生した際にお客様とのコミュニケーションを先導 - お客様との信頼関係を構築・維持向上し、お客様のビジネスニーズや技術的な課題を理解 - お客様のシステムやオペレーションに対して技術面およびコスト面のレビューを定期的に提供し、より適切なサービスや機能を提案 -
