職務内容■ 職務内容 / Job Description 呼吸器・免疫事業本部のMRとして、製品および患者ニーズのエキスパートとして、専門医を訪問します。主要な顧客との長期的な関係を築き上げ、売り上げに貢献します。 ■施設におけるアカウントマネジメント ・ターゲット施設における採用・処方拡大のために、必要な情報の収集、採用・処方拡大の計画を立案する。 ・採用・処方拡大プランに基づき、施設におけるキーステークホルダー（医師、薬剤師、医療スタッフ、卸MS）に対する適切な情報収集と提供を通じた採用、処方獲得をリードする。 ・施設における他の領域担当MRとも連携し、施設ステークホルダーに対して必要な情報を必要なタイミングで提供する。 ■担当エリアにおけるシンポジウムのリード ・担当エリアにおける講演会（病診連携を目的としたものを含む）を他の領域担当MRと協力して、企画から運営、フォローアップをリードする。 ■協業の姿勢のリード ・ビジネスの成功に向けて社内外（同領域担当MR・他領域担当MR、卸MS、アライアンスメーカー担当MR、等）の関係者と成果を上げるためのアクションをとる事ができる。 ■成功事例やナレッジの共有 ・自身の成功体験や担当製品の情報提供を通じて得た知識やスキルを他のMRにも共有し、他者の成功にも貢献する。 ■コンプライアンスに準じた情報提供活動 ・業界ルール、社内ルールに則った適切な情報提供活動を実施する。 ■ 応募資格（経験、資格等）/ Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ 新薬製薬企業でのMR経験（3年以上）かつ、下記のいずれか ・呼吸器領域経験 ・バイオ領域経験（大学病院または基幹病院） 【資格 /
