管轄エリアの最高責任者。売上の予測,達成,および,エリアイシューの解決を主導する。 管轄エリアの売上目標は,会社目標必達のため,チャレンジングな目標値でSalesRepと合意し,達成する。 会社戦略に応じてエリアプランを立案し,RMと合意のうえ実行。エリアマネジメントの意識を高く持ち,エリアのポテンシャルを把握し売上を最大化する。 本質的課題を正しく特定し,質の高いPDCAを廻すことで,売上目標達成の質とスピードを高める。 月次,週次でのPDCA運用により,RMに対して整理された状況を報告する。 アキュビュー製品の価値を高めるアプローチを考え,顧客の処方/販売の意欲向上を牽引する。 次世代のDMを育成する。また,Sales Rep個々の人材開発を支援する。 管轄エリアの状況を把握したうえで,会社に必要な支援を求める。支援に際しては投資対効果を追求する。 別途設定している行動ガイドラインを遵守し,求められるDMを目指す。 売上目標の達成 管轄エリアの売上目標の達成のためエリアプランを作成しRMと合意する。 Sales Repのエリアプランおよびアカウントプランの精度を見極めながら,目標を適切なレベルで設定させ,コミットさせる。 Sales Repの業務遂行をPDCAで毎週管理し,常に個々の目標達成に向けたサポートとアドバイスを行う。必要に応じてリスクをRMにインプットし,リカバリープランを準備し対応する。 顧客対応 エリアプランに基づく重要顧客毎のアカウントプラン作成を支援,遂行状況の確認とフォローアップを行う。 重要顧客の通常訪問はSales Repの支援に留め,目標合意等の重要な局面は深く関与し牽引する。 KOLと連携し,管轄エリアのECP(含む医会)と良好な関係を構築する。 拡販支援の実施は,RM承認を得たうえで,社内審査を通し,費用対効果を追求の上,目標を達成させる。 マネジメント 会社戦略を正しく理解し,Sales Repに腹落ちさせて能動的なアクションに導く。 Sales Repと毎週コミュニケーションし,進捗の良くないSales Repに対しては同行し遂行を支援する。 Sales Repとの同行は部下育成(OJT同行)を含めて,売上目標達成のために戦略的かつ計画的に実施する(基本的に得意先フォローはSales Repの単独訪問を主体とし,不要な同行は実施しない)。 J&JおよびVCCの人材育成や評価方法およびガイドラインを理解し,Sales Repの業績を評価する。 管轄エリアの状況を把握したうえで,現場の声をRMに報告し,セールスミーティングでインプットする。 セールスマネジメントの意識を高く持ち,全社また営業部全体が成長するためのインプットを積極的に行う。 Digital aidだと,会社として新たなチャレンジとして行う事項について,背景と意図を深く理解し,Sales
