募集要項 当社の法務責任者として、国内外の契約法務を中心としたリーガル領域全般の統括、および組織の屋台骨となるガバナンス体制の構築を担っていただきます。現在、当社は事業の拡大に伴い、数年後のIPOを見据えた体制強化が急務となっています。開発・調達・営業など多岐にわたる部門と連携し、経営の戦略パートナーとして「上場企業に相応しい組織体制の完遂」と「事業リスクの最適化」を主導していただくことがミッションです。 業務内容 本職務で定義する領域は多岐にわたるため、当初より全ての業務を単独で完遂いただくことを想定しておりません。 ご自身の強みを活かしつつ、メンバーや外部リソースと業務を適切に分担しながら、段階的に組織全体の法務レベルを引き上げていただくことを期待しています。 1. 契約法務・交渉 日英両言語を用いた、国内外の取引における契約書および重要文書の審査・ドラフト作成・法的助言・交渉。 相手方（国内外のベンダー・パートナー企業等）との直接交渉を通じた、有利な条件の獲得およびリスクヘッジ。 国内外の各種適用法令への対応企画・推進。 秘密情報・個人情報保護に関する全社方針の企画・推進。 事業スピードを加速させるための、標準契約書（日英）の策定・アップデート。 2. 法務・ガバナンス基盤の整備 法務相談への対応、およびリーガルテック（契約管理システム等）の導入検討・運用。 取締役会・株主総会の運営支援およびコーポレートガバナンスの最適化。 登記、重要書類・印章の管理体制の構築。 3.
