【会社紹介・ビジョン】 IQVIAラボラトリーズ ジャパン株式会社は、グローバルに展開する臨床開発支援企業IQVIAのグループ会社です。 製薬会社から受託された治験薬の臨床試験に必要な各種検査を行っています。 その業務範囲は、生化学検査から血液学検査、感染症スクリーニングまで多岐にわたります 。 【部署・チーム名】 Hematology 【役割への期待】 チームの目標達成に向けて真摯に取り組む姿勢が求められます。少人数のチームであるため、円滑なコミュニケーションが特に重要視されており、互いに協力しながら業務を進めることが求められます。与えられた業務に対して責任感を持ち、着実に遂行できる方を歓迎します。 【部署・チーム紹介（チーム構成・雰囲気など）】 - 現在3名（女性3名）。年齢層は30代前半〜後半。 - 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが、それぞれの強みを活かして活躍。 -コミュニケーションを大切にし、意見交換やサポートが自然に行われる風通しの良い環境の中、各自が高い責任感を持ち、期限を守って着実に業務を遂行しており、新しいメンバーも安心して馴染めるようフォロー体制を整えています。 【 主な業務内容 】 - 治験薬臨床試験患者検体における血液学的検査、尿一般検査（鏡検含む）、凝固検査等の臨床検査業務およびPBMC（末梢血単核細胞）の分離業務 - 検査機器保守業務 - 試薬在庫発注管理 - その他品質保証に付随する各種バリデーション（検証）試験 - 英語での書類作成、海外ラボとのe-mail でのコミュニケーション 【役割への期待】 チームの目標達成に向けて真摯に取り組む姿勢が求められます。少人数のチームであるため、円滑なコミュニケーションが特に重要視されており、互いに協力しながら業務を進めることが求められます。与えられた業務に対して責任感を持ち、着実に遂行できる方を歓迎します。 【求める人物像】 必須要件 - 末梢血血液像、尿沈査の鏡検ができる方（必須） -
