SAPシステム、Salesforce.com、Service CRMを活用し、受注から請求書発行、入金管理までの業務を行う。 2. 修理部品の手配および購買チームや物流チームとの調整を行う。 3. 受注処理および請求書発行に関する業務および管理を担当する。 4. 電話応対やメール対応などのコミュニケーション業務を行う。 5. 各種証明書の発行を行う。 6. 海外修理に関する出荷手配、状況管理、入荷管理を行う。 7. セールスオーダーおよび修理案件の管理・モニタリングを行い、マネージャーに報告する。 8. 関係者との連絡・協力を行う。 9. マネージャーから依頼されたその他の受注処理関連業務を行う。 10. 業務プロセスの改善を推進する。 必要条件 ・5年以上のサービスアシスタント経験。 ・基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、SharePointなど)。 ・SAPおよびCRMを使用した業務経験。 ・ビジネスレベルの英語:メール、説明、オンライン会議、会議出席が可能なレベル 歓迎条件 ・電子顕微鏡に関する知識。
