アイデンティティセキュリティ基盤「Josys」について Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。 ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。 Josysは、すべてのアイデンティティ、すべてのアプリケーションを、AIで守ることを通じて、日本企業が安心して事業活動を行える環境づくりを推進してまいります。 解決する課題 急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。 一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。 そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。 日本発グローバル企業への挑戦 海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ グローバルプロダクト を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。 概要 エンタープライズ／大企業を主対象に、プリセールスからコンサルティング、プロジェクトマネジメント、そしてサービスのGo Live（本番稼働）までを一気通貫でリードいただくSolution Consultantを募集します。 役割の本質は、“顧客の隣で価値を出し切る”こと。顧客の業務の奥にあるインサイトに地頭で迫り、複雑で難易度の高い要件を再現性あるプロジェクトへと構造化する。AIとAutonomousを最大限に活用してサービス品質・収益性・スケーラビリティを両立させ、予定利益率を担保したうえで、確実にGo Liveまで導く。作って終わりではなく、顧客の成果が出るまで責任を持つ——プリセールスからオンボーディングまでを担う、事業の要のポジションです。 このポジションの流儀は、「何を任せてもらうか」ではなく「何をともに実現するか」。顧客の経営レベルの課題に踏み込み、答えを一緒に創る“共創”です。そして一社ごとの対応で終わらせず、AIで標準化・自動化された“再現性ある型”へと昇華させる——つまりあなたは、「型に従う側」ではなく「型を創る側」に立ちます。 いまジョーシスは、二つの複雑性の増大に同時に向き合っています。ひとつは、日経225構成企業をはじめとする「顧客規模の拡大」。もうひとつは、SaaS統合管理からアイデンティティセキュリティへと広がる「サービスラインナップの拡大」。この二つの複雑性を、地頭の良さと構造化力で解きほぐし、事業のスケールそのものを設計していく——それがこのポジションの醍醐味です。 本ポジションでは、以下いずれかの強みを持つ方を歓迎します。 エンタープライズ顧客の課題に迫り、自社サービスの付加価値を最大化する、ITマネジメント／情報セキュリティ領域のコンサルティングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験 IT BPO領域や情報システム部門において、顧客企業の業務要件を収集し、役割・プロセス・プロシージャーとしてドキュメント化した深い経験（5年以上を目安） IT Management／IT Governance領域、または業務分析・解決策の提案をリアリティをもって示せる深い経験と論理的思考力 業務内容 プリセールス エンタープライズ／大企業向けの提案活動・PoC・見積・受注支援（営業との協働） 顧客の経営・IT・セキュリティ課題を踏まえた、アイデンティティガバナンス観点でのソリューション設計 ディスカバリー & プロジェクト立案 顧客の現状業務・体制・リスクの可視化と、本質的な課題の構造化（“依頼されたこと”ではなく“本当に解くべきこと”の特定） スコープ・体制・スケジュール・収益計画（予定利益率）を織り込んだプロジェクトの立案
