Job Requisition ID # 26WD99000 役割概要（Role Overview） Technical Specialist, Fusion は、Autodesk の新興技術（Emerging Technologies）を大企業（Large）、中堅企業（Midmarket）、およびテリトリー顧客に対して紹介・検証・展開することを担当するテクニカルセールスの専門職です。 本ポジションは、Autodesk 主導およびパートナー主導のハイブリッドなエンゲージメントモデルのもとで活動し、パイプライン創出、案件の適格性評価（Qualification）、導入準備（Adoption Readiness）、およびパートナー支援（Enablement）に重点を置きます。 この役割は、イノベーションとスケールの接点に位置し、新技術を適切に提案し、案件を効果的に評価し、営業担当者やパートナーを支援しながら、体系的な検証プロセスを通じて技術的リスクおよび導入リスクを低減することが成功の鍵となります。 シニアアソシエイトは、複数アカウントにまたがる定義済みの新興ソリューション案件を自律的に推進し、標準的なディスカバリーやデモンストレーションを実施し、パイロットプロジェクトを支援するとともに、案件の適格性評価に貢献します。 主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities） 顧客アドバイジングおよび案件評価（Customer Advising & Qualification） 標準的なディスカバリーおよび案件評価の会話を独立して主導する。 顧客ニーズを、検証仮説、技術要件、および次のアクションへと落とし込む。 デモンストレーションおよび技術的ストーリーテリング（Demonstrations & Technical Storytelling） 顧客の導入準備状況および定義された価値仮説に沿ったカスタマイズデモを実施する。 ソリューション適合性、機能、導入準備状況に関する基本的な懸念や異議に対応する。 ソリューション設計・検証・リスク低減（Solution Design, Validation & Risk Mitigation） 明確な成功基準と成果記録を伴うパイロット案件を支援する。
