Job Description Summary担当製品の在庫計画、調達計画の立案、社内・社外サプライヤーへの発注、納期管理、あるいは供給上の課題・問題解決を関係部署と協働の上リードし、担当製品の継続的な安定共有を保持することで、サンドジャパンの業績向上、予算達成に貢献する。また、適切な在庫管理、システム処理、マスターデータの設定など、内部統制上求められる要件を担保し、会社としてのコンプライアンス遵守にも貢献する。 Job Description 具体的な担当業務例： 担当製品の在庫、調達計画の立案、モニタリング サプライヤー（国内、国外）への製品発注、納期管理・折衝、良好な関係性の構築 社内関連部門への調達状況、在庫状況の情報共有、ビジネスリスクと対策の提言 KPI（在庫金額、廃棄金額、納期遵守率、安全在庫順守率など）の管理、達成 SAPシステムを通じた発注処理、受入処理、請求書処理などの日常オペレーション 効率化、適正化を目的としたSAPシステムのマスターデータメンテナンス 関連部門を巻き込んだ担当製品における課題、あるいは品質問題等の問題解決 既存プロセス、オペレーションに対する改善で提案、業務効率化 安定共有に関する週次、月次の定例会の運営（ファシリテーション、議事録発行など） 必須要件： 3年以上のサプライチェーン、生産管理、あるいは調達業務経験（業界不問） チームワークを重視した優れたコミュニケーション力 柔軟に周囲の環境変化に適応していけるマインドセット、行動意識 歓迎する要件： 医薬品業界、GxP環境下における経験 製造現場、工場での経験（業界不問） SAPシステムのMM, WMモデュールを扱った経験 中級以上の英語力。ビジネスレベルの会話およびメールや文章の読解（AIツールの対応可） Skills DesiredBom (Bill Of Materials), Business Networking, Business Scenario Planning ,
