【事業概要】 昨今のビジネス環境では、SaaSをはじめとする最新テクノロジーの活用が組織の生産性向上に不可欠となっています。しかし一方で、SaaSの急速な普及に伴い、不正アクセスや情報漏洩等のセキュリティリスクや運用管理の煩雑さなど、様々な課題も浮き彫りになっています。 HENNGEでは、このような課題を包括的に解決し、企業の安全かつ便利なクラウドサービスの活用をサポートする、クラウドセキュリティサービスの「HENNGE One」を提供しています。 HENNGE Oneはサブスクリプション型のクラウドサービスとしてお客様にご提供していますが、解約率は一般的なSaaSビジネスの解約率を大幅に下回る0.3%前後で推移しており*、お客様から必要とされるサービスとして、上場企業を含む多くの企業にご利用いただいています。今後も継続的な顧客拡大やサービスの拡充を進め、企業のクラウドサービス活用を促進するため、積極的な人員増員を行っています。 *2025年9⽉期決算説明資料より 参考：会社紹介資料 【業務内容】 HENNGE Oneのプロダクトマネージャー(PdM)として、既存事業のグロース（10→100フェーズ）および新規事業の立ち上げ（1→10フェーズ）を牽引し、事業拡大をリードしていただきます。 役割はプロダクトマネジメントに留まらず、ビジネス成長を牽引するオーナーとして顧客インサイトの発掘からバリュー定義、仮説検証、市場へのデリバリーまで一貫してお任せします。高速なサイクルでディスカバリーとデリバリーを回し、主体的な意思決定を行っていただきます。 * 新規事業については、既存事業のキャッチアップ後に担当いただく予定ですが、状況により既存サービスのグロースと並行して携わっていただく場合もあります。 事業戦略に基づく、プロダクト戦略の策定と推進 (Product Strategy) 弊社プロダクトを長期的に成長させ、収益向上に繋げるためのビジネスやマーケティングの戦略立案と推進等 プロダクト戦略に関わるスキームやフレームワーク等 課題の仮説検証をもとにしたプロダクト企画 (Product Discovery) プロダクトビジョンやプロダクトロードマップ、プロダクトバリューなどのプロダクト全体に関わる方向性の策定等 お客様要望の整理や優先順位付けとユーザーインタビューやデータ分析、競合調査からインサイトを見つけ出し、課題の定義やニーズの深掘り等 (誰のどんな課題を解決するのか) 既存サービスの機能改善と新機能の企画立案(PRD:プロダクト要求仕様書)と推進等 (特定した課題を何で解決するのか) プロダクトのディレクション (Product Delivery) 開発部門と協力したソリューションの準備/スコープ定義やプロダクトリリース/プロジェクトマネジメント、リリース後の効果測定等 【組織/チーム】 少数精鋭のチームとして生産性を最大化するため、自律的な担当プロダクトの枠を超えたオープンな意見交換、メンバー間の協業を推奨しています。 現在、開発部門を中心にグローバル採用を加速させており、社内公用語は英語です。顧客の大半は日本企業であるため、業務内では日本語と英語が混在するハイブリッドな環境となっています。 具体的には、セールスなどの対外的なコミュニケーションには日本語を、開発部門など社内メンバーとの連携には英語を使用し、状況に応じて柔軟に言語を使い分けています。 【やりがい/魅力】 HENNGE Oneは多数の外部クラウドサービスと連携し、ITインフラの基盤を支えるプロダクトです。そのため、プロダクトマネジメントには広範なITサービスの知見が求められます。現在、主力事業であるHENNGE Oneの拡大（10→100）に加え、新規事業の立ち上げ（0→1）も積極的に推進しています。フェーズの異なる事業に専任あるいは兼務で携わることで、プロダクトの成長段階に応じた多角的なマネジメント経験を積むことが可能です。 また、役割はPdMに留まらず、プロダクトマーケティング（PMM）の領域まで踏み込みます。ビジネスサイドへの深い関与やアライアンスを通じた事業拡大など、PdMを軸にしながらも多岐にわたるキャリアを構築できる環境です。
