※本ポジションの勤務地は、神奈川県相模原市です。 未経験からキャリアアップ可能なポジションです。私たちと一緒に新たなアマゾンの歴史を作り上げてみませんか？ 安全は、忘れてはならないすべての基礎です。様々な人が働いているアマゾンの物流拠点であるフルフィルメントセンター（以下FC）にて、誰もが安全に、そして安心して働ける職場環境作りを一緒にリードする仲間を募集しています。 上司であるSafetyマネージャーの指導・サポートの下、FC内の他部署と連携して下記業務を実施していただきます。 １）安全管理・推進業務 ・構内安全パトロールの実施、5S活動（整理・整頓・清潔等）の推進 ・構内の安全確保のための物理的対応と関連部署との調整 ・事故の調査と分析、是正改善活動 ・業務手順や作業環境における安全レビュー・チェック ・社内安全活動、教育、啓蒙の実施（安全トレーニング、安全キャンペーン、ポスター、安全に関するコミュニケーションツールの活用） ・安全衛生委員会の運営管理（各種調整、資料・議事録作成） ・各種法規の順守、監査対応サポート ２）防災関連業務 ・防火、防災計画の立案と実施 ・被災時対応訓練（避難訓練・救命講習）、実施後サーベイならびにブラッシュアップ ３）安全備品発注・管理業務 Safety備品の購買を担当する。また、備品整理を行い、在庫の適正化を行う。 勤務時間：シフト制（9:00~18:00, 10:00~19:00 ※必要に応じて8:00~17:00もあり） ※まれに（年1,2回程度）ではありますが、夜勤の可能性があります。 休日：日月 or 金土休み ※月10日休み（年間休日120日） *未経験でも可 *安全活動を通じて倉庫内での入出荷、在庫管理、物流の仕組みやマネージメントを学べます。 *Safetyマネージャーへのキャリアアップのチャンスもあります。 *転勤の可能性あり ＜関連情報＞ ・職種: セーフティ/セキュリティ/ファシリティ ・勤務地:相模湖FC ・セーフティ/セキュリティ/ファシリティ職の社員インタビュー フルフィルメントセンター(FC)部門/川崎FC勤務の社員Y.F.さん ※担当部門:フルフィルメントセンター
