会社概要 Coupang, Inc.（以下クーパン）のグループ会社であるCP One Japan合同会社は、新たなフードデリバリーアプリ「Rocket Now（ロケットナウ）」の提供を東京、大阪、京都、神戸など日本の主要都市で提供しています。CP One Japan合同会社は、Coupang, Inc.（NYSE: CPNG）のグループ会社です。Coupang, Inc.はNYSE（ニューヨーク証券取引所）に上場しているFortune 150企業の一つで、テクノロジー企業として知られています。CP One Japanは、日本国内で「Rocket Now」ブランドのフードデリバリーサービスを提供しており、クーパンの技術力と革新的な物流ソリューションを活かして、迅速で信頼性の高い顧客志向のフードデリバリーサービスを日本の消費者に提供することに尽力しています。 募集職種 Rocket Nowでは、HRBPを募集しています。 ビジネスリーダーと密接に連携し、Japan HR Headにレポートし、サポートしながら組織戦略に沿ったHR施策を推進します。本ポジションは、国やファンクションをまたぐHR関連プロジェクトへの参加やリード、パフォーマンスサイクルの運営、タレントマネジメントの実行を主に担います。 主な業務内容 ビジネスパートナーシップ: ビジネスリーダーに対し、組織設計、人員計画、HR施策に関する助言を行う。 プロジェクトサポート: 複数国・複数機能にまたがるHR関連プロジェクトに参加し、ディレクターをサポートしながら実行を推進する。 パフォーマンス管理: 年次レビューやパフォーマンスサイクルの運営を担当し、目標設定やフィードバックプロセスを円滑に進める。 タレントマネジメント: サクセッションプランや従業員エンゲージメント施策を実行し、リーダーシップ開発を支援する。 ポリシーとコンプライアンス: 各国の労働法や社内ポリシーの遵守を確保する。 グローバル連携: グローバルHRチームや事業部門と協働し、ベストプラクティスを共有・導入する。 労務管理に関する法的要件の深い理解とコンプライアンスの確保 必要に応じて法務・HRコンプライアンスチームと連携
