Job Description ポジション：セールスアカウントマネージャー（ケミカルアナリシス事業本部） サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック インコーポレイテッドについて 米国マサチューセッツ州ウォルサムに本社を置き、世界中に125,000人の従業員を擁しています。総売上高は440億ドル、研究開発費は15億ドルに及び、Thermo Scientific、Applied Biosystems、Invitrogen、Fisher Scientific、Unity Lab Services、Patheon、PPDブランドは、世界のさまざまな分野の基礎・応用研修、製品開発、品質管理・保証、安全保障から医療、製薬・バイオ医薬に至るお客様に広く浸透しています。 職務概要： 今回募集のセールスアカウントマネージャーは、弊社ケミカルアナリシス事業本部の製品である各種分析装置、産業機器の商談・成約に結び付けることが主な役割となります。 その中でも、製鉄業界で使われる各種分析機器（OES製品）を中心とし、日本でのビジネスを拡大することがメインミッションです。 当社OES製品の工場はスイスとチェコにあります。これらの国々のスタッフと連携を取りながら、担当製品の営業、マーケティング活動に取り組んで頂きます。 代理店、お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションのため、営業経験をお持ちの方、また営業戦略の決定に関わって頂くため、事業マネジメントにご興味をお持ちの方を歓迎します。 ポジションの魅力： このポジションの魅力は、工場、海外スタッフ、代理店と協力、自身の創意工夫も取り入れ事業拡大していくことです。困りごとが起きた際にも、時には自身の対応そのものが解決へ導いたり、糸口となったりすることで、社内外で貢献できることです。 また業務で英語を使用したい方にとっては、海外スタッフとの接点も多く、非常に良い環境です。早い段階での海外でのトレーニング参加なども予定しています。 本ポジションはケミカルアナリシス事業本部のキーポジションであり、また将来の事業本部長の後継候補としても有力なポジションとなります。また日本国内様々な場所への出張も可能です。 入社後の流れ： まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート、その後これまでのスキル・経験に合わせて数か月ほどOJTを通じて仕事を覚えていただきます。不明点などは、上司、先輩、周りの同僚がサポートします。また、社内研修も希望に応じて受講でき、学ぶ機会は豊富にあります。 Job Description 担当職務： 製鉄を含む金属関係の分析装置（固体発光分析装置など）のセールスアカウントマネージャー 職務内容： ・担当製品の市場・地域での売上増、成長を牽引するための営業、マーケティング活動 ・予算、販売目標の設定、案件管理を含む販売代理店の管理 ・市場における競争活動に関する情報を収集し、その情報を業務上および戦略上の意思決定プロセスに組み込むためのサポート ・展示会や技術セミナー（国内、海外）への参加 ・外出、出張は業務の約60-70%程度 ・SFDC（セールスフォース・ドットコム） を通じた案件管理、売上予測、見積作成等 ・その他必要に応じて、担当業務の追加、変更あり 必要なスキル ・営業経験（分析装置未経験者でも歓迎です。金属関係業務の経験があれば尚可） ・大学卒業以上
