Job level： Manager Reports to： Group Manager Contract type： Full-time ＜部署概要及びポジションの位置づけ＞ IR部は会社の実力をきちんと反映し、適切な株価水準を実現すること、 そのために会社の状況を投資家に十分説明し、逆に投資家の考えを経営陣に伝え、企業価値を向上させていくことに貢献することを使命としています。 具体的には、決算発表やその準備、投資家との面談、統合レポートの作成、株主総会の運営など、幅広い業務を担っています。 特に、ESGコミュニケーションのさらなる強化は注力テーマであり、体制強化を図るべくIR及びESG領域に知見のある方の募集を致します。 Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容) 【業務内容】 ・資生堂の現状を理解した上で、ESG評価機関対応およびESG投資家コミュニケーションを行い、経済的価値に加え、レピュテーションの向上及び社会的価値向上に貢献する ・投資家コミュニケーションの進化に合わせたIRサイトの制作・運営を行う ・株主総会などの当社株式に関する法定手続きや各種事務を行う（株主優待・個人株主問い合わせを含む） ・ESG・サステナビリティに関する国内外の投資家との対話を行い、資本市場からの期待を経営陣に報告 ・会社方針・IR部方針に則った中期的なSR戦略を立案し、国内外の大株主を中心にコーポレートガバナンス、サステナビリティ、総会議案に関する双方向コミュニケーション ・DJSI,MSCIなど主要なESG評価機関対応 ・個人株主・投資家に対して、ESG説明会や施設見学会を通じて当社への理解を深める ・ウェブサイト、株主あて年２回発行冊子「株主・投資家のみなさまへ」など各種IRツールの制作 ・株式・株主関連業務の適法・適性、かつ円滑な推進 ・株主総会でのESG関連書類作成、その他当日運営の推進 Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質） ・上場企業におけるIR業務経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力
