Overview ■概要： サービスサポート電話受付業務＆サービス事務◇未経験歓迎／完全週休二日制(土日祝)／転勤なし ～子育てをしながら活躍されている女性多数／ 産休・育休制度充実、時短勤務制度あり／世界トップクラスの大手分析機器メーカーで正社員採用～ Responsibilities ■仕事内容： 日本ウォーターズ株式会社 サービス本部に所属して、フィールドサービスのサポート業務およびコールセンター受付業務を担当していただきます。サービス本部は、自社製品の保守、修理、点検、および協力企業製品のサービスサポートを担当する部門です。 【職務範囲】 ・サービス問い合わせ受付業務 ・サービス見積作成補助業務 ・外注製品の作業依頼に関わる業務 ・校正機器の管理 業務比率は受付業務が30%、その他の業務が70%を占めます。 円滑に顧客にサービスサポートを提供するための社内サポート業務を実施する。 サポート業務の観点から業務効率化のプランの立案し遂行する Qualifications 【スキル】 基本的なPCスキル(Office 365 操作) 【実務経験】 下記経験歓迎 ・コールセンター受付業務 ・分析機器メーカーでのサービスサポート業務 ※現在同ポジションには2名が在籍しており、産休・育休制度も充実しているうえに、時短勤務も可能なため、長期的にご就業できる環境となっています。 ※実験機器、検査機器をあつかっておりますため、一般生活になじみのない専門的な用語は、教育の機会を設け業務の中で覚えていただきます。 ※外資企業のためご自身の希望となりますが、英語のドキュメントの確認や本社スタッフとのコミュニケーションの機会もありますが、英語スキルは、必須ではありません。 ■就業環境： 完全週休二日制(土日祝)9：00～17：15 ■勤務地： 大阪支社 ■ 社風： 外資系ですが、社員の大半は日本人です。仕事に真面目な方が多く、働きやすい環境です。
