Overview このポジションは、弊社の主力製品であるファブリック・ホームケア製品を生産する高崎工場のファシリティ(施 設、建物、道路など)及びユーティリティ(工場設備-市水供給、排水設備、圧縮空気、蒸気、電気など)に関する 技術的解決策の検証、プロジェクト遂行をリードするポジションです。具体的な仕事内容は以下の通りです。 ● ビジネスにおける要求事項、基準を満たすためのユーティリティ、ファシリティに関する技術的解決策策 定、その実現可能性の検証、設計マネジメント、スケジュール作成、コスト予測を含むプロジェクトの遂 行指揮を行う。 ● 中小規模の施工実現のための事業者の選択、施工管理(安全、品質、スケジュール、コスト管理)を含 むユーティリティ、ファシリティの建築管理を指揮する。 ● ● 設計における変更管理を行い、正式な合意に至るために全利害関係者との設計レビューを指揮する。 利害関係者にはオペレーション、安全、品質、海外専門家、業者、他プロジェクトチーム等が含まれる。 ● ユーティリティ、ファシリティにおける検査及び始動期間を指揮する。これには、検査プロトコル作成及 び合意、検査実行、スペースや人員調整に関する他関係者との連携、検査レポート作成及び承認が含 まれる。 ● 地方条例及びP&G標準基準の順守を確認する。基準を満たしていないものを早期段階に提示し、必 要に応じて関連部署/機関と連携を取りながら特例対策についての合意を確認する。また、画期的な技 術解決策を通して資本最適化を実現する。 ● ユーティリティ、ファシリティ基準に関するP&Gにおける自己能力向上のため、アジア地域及びグロー バルの建物、ユーティリティ、ファシリティ専門家とのネットワーキング及び連絡を行う Requirements -大卒以上 -日本語ネイティブレベルもしくは日本語能力試験N1保持者 -TOEIC700点以上 -ユーティリティ設備又は工場施設のデザインや工事管理経験を3年程度以上お持ちの方募集ポジション...
