Summary TSMCでは、「廃棄物は置き場所を間違えた資源である」という核心的な理念を掲げています。私たちは、単なる焼却や酸・アルカリ中和といった従来の終末処理のアプローチに満足することなく、リサイクル技術の開発に専念し、再利用の可能性を追求しています。廃棄物を可能な限り再利用可能な製品へと転換し、市場に戻すことで、資源の最大限の活用を目指しています。 TSMCのグローバル展開の一翼を担うJASMもこのDNAを受け継ぎ、廃棄物のリサイクル率を最大化しています。私たちは地域の企業の環境ベンチマークとなり、環境への影響を最小限に抑えることを目指しています。 Responsibilities 本職種は、資源循環型経済の精神を実践することを目的としており、主な職務内容は以下の通り 法規制遵守 (Regulatory Compliance): 廃棄物マニフェストの申告と追跡を行い、「県外産業廃棄物事前協議」や「廃棄物処理計画書」などの政府報告書を作成し、法規制を厳格に遵守。 輸送手配 (Transportation Arrangement): 廃棄物発生部署およびサプライヤーと廃棄物輸送スケジュールを調整し、輸送効率を最適化します。また、工場生産に影響を与えないよう、十分な廃棄物保管スペースを確保。 予算管理 (Budget Management): 支払申請/支払処理を実行し、廃棄物発生量の統計分析を通じて、コスト削減または価値向上機会を特定。 サプライヤー管理 (Supplier Management): 廃棄物サプライヤーの監査を実施し、空気、水、廃棄物、労働安全衛生などの管理が法規制に準拠していることを確認します。また、カーボンフットプリントや炭素削減といった国際的なトレンドの概念をサプライヤーと共有し、サプライヤーが環境管理方針を段階的に向上させ、共に環境に配慮したグリーンサプライチェーンを構築するよう求める。 プロジェクト開発 (Project Development): 新しいリサイクル技術を開発・評価し、サプライヤーと協力してJASMの廃棄物処理の実現可能性を検証。目標は、より良いリサイクル技術を通じて廃棄物のリサイクル率を向上させるか、廃棄物の高付加価値化を図り、それにより業界全体の技術進歩を促進する。 リサイクルや廃棄の仕事はイメージがつきにくいですが、実際は購買の仕事に非常に似ています。自社に物を入れるか出すかが逆なだけで、物の仕様を理解し、サプライヤーを探し、交渉・調整、予算や計画を管理するという意味では同じです。 Minimum Qualifications 学士号または修士号 日本語以外に、中国語、英語のどちらか1つに堪能であること 論理的思考力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション・調整能力を有すること 期限内にプロジェクトを実行し、解決策を提案する能力 PowerPointおよびExcelを使用できること Preferred Qualifications 理系または工学系のバックグラウンド 日本の廃棄物管理および資源リサイクルに関する法律、例えば「環境基本法」、「廃棄物処理法」、「循環型社会形成推進基本法」、「資源有効利用促進法」に精通している 購買等、サプライチェーンの経験
