Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description 仕事の内容 ■ERPシステム(SAP)を使用し、カスタマーサービスとして受注～納品までのオーダーマネジメントを担当いただきます。営業・購買・物流部門と連携しながら、お客様へ製品を確実かつタイムリーに届けるための調整・管理を行うポジションです。取り扱い製品は機器/消耗品の遺伝子解析・分子生物学研究を支援するライフサイエンス機器がメインです。 【詳細】 ・SAPを使用した受注及び出荷処理。 ・受注案件ごとの顧客希望納期を実現するための働きかけ。それに伴う関係者（購買担当者、倉庫担当者、営業担当者など）との調整業務。 ・社内外からの問い合わせ対応（見積もり作成や、在庫・価格・受注案件の進捗状況などを確認し回答） ・ERPシステム（SAP/SFDC/Kintone）やExcelを使用した納期/受注出荷状況のデータ管理 ・業務プロセスの課題抽出、改善提案、ルール整備といった業務効率化。それに伴う社内プロジェクトへの参画。 ・マニュアル/SOP整備や業務標準化の推進 日々のオペレーションを正確に回すことはもちろん、業務の中で気づいた課題に対して、改善提案や仕組みづくりにも関わっていただけます。風通しが良く、チーム全員で仕事の最適化や効率化を目指しているので、「もっとこうした方が良いのでは？」という視点を活かせる環境です。 【補足】 チーム全体の処理件数は以下の通りです。 1日の機器製品の受注件数は平均10～20件前後です。それ以外に、機器に使用する消耗品の受注、機器の検収作業に使用する試薬の受注、サンプル利用を目的とした無償品の受注などがそれぞれ数件あり、製品の種類や利用目的に応じた幅広い受注業務をご対応いただきます。 1日の受電件数は平均10件前後、社内外のメール問い合わせ件数は平均10件前後。 取り扱いが機器製品の為、各製品の種類ごとに受注や出荷手順が異なります。単なる処理業務ではなく、製品に応じた業務フローを理解し、最適化を考える力が求められます。 育成体制は充実しており、分かりやすいマニュアル作成や新人の方に寄り添ったOJTを心掛けています。 必要な能力・経験 【必須】 ・カスタマーサービス業務および何らかのERPシステムを使用した受注出荷業務の経験（目安：3年以上） ・業務の優先順位付けがうまく、マルチタスクに対応出来る方 ・周囲と連携しながら、正確にスピード感を持って業務を進められる方 ・将来的に、業務改善やチーム運営にも主体的に関わっていきたい方 【歓迎】 ・ERPシステム（SAP/SFDC/Kintone）の使用経験 ・基本的なExcel処理経験（VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルなどの簡単なスキルがあると尚可） ・マニュアル整備やSOP作成経験 ・他メンバーへのOJT／トレーニング経験 ・業務改善・標準化・効率化の経験 【キャリアパス】 当業務にて、顧客課題の解決力、キャッシュフローを含むサプライチェーン業務に対する理解、顧客満足度分析等のスキルを身につけられます。また、入社後他部署（海外発注業務/在庫管理/顧客情報管理/保守サービス等）へのキャリアパスも有。 ■【当社の魅力】世界トップクラスのライフサイエンスメーカーとして、 世界を「より健康で、より清潔で、より安全な場所にする」ことを理念に 幅広い製品を取り扱っています。
