アソシエイトマネージャー共同ブランドマーケティングジャパン Associate Manager, Co-Brand Marketing Japan IHGの日本の共同ブランド・クレジットカード・ポートフォリオにおいて、新規顧客獲得（非会員）および既存会員向けマーケティングの企画・実行を支援していただきます。 カード会員のライフサイクル全体にわたるマーケティング施策の効果的な実施を支援するとともに、社内のチーム、外部代理店、パートナーとの主要な窓口としての役割を担います。 カード新規獲得および継続的な会員エンゲージメントを促進するマーケティング資料の作成を調整し、事業目標を達成するための戦術的な提案を行い、チャネルのパフォーマンスを最適化します。 職務内容 年次共同ブランド・新規獲得（非会員）およびポートフォリオ（会員）マーケティング計画の策定と実行を支援し、ダイレクトメール、Eメール、ウェブサイト、アプリ、その他の会員向けコミュニケーションなど、利用可能なすべてのチャネルを効果的に活用します。パフォーマンスの継続的な改善を促進するプロセスおよび実行体制を構築します。 社内チーム、代理店、ベンダー、外部パートナーと連携し、ターゲット層の選定、クリエイティブアプローチ、オファー／インセンティブの構成、制作の詳細など、キャンペーンの仕様を策定します。また、マネージャーに提案を提示して承認を得た上で、承認された施策を実行します。 各キャンペーンや施策において、正確な測定と分析を可能にする適切な管理体制が整っていることを確認します。パフォーマンス、インサイト、および推奨される最適化策をまとめます。 広告代理店やフルフィルメント業者との日常的な関係を管理し、すべての顧客獲得およびポートフォリオ関連資料の高品質かつタイムリーな提供を確保する。 部門横断的なステークホルダーと連携し、マーケティング施策の円滑な実行を支援する。また、緊密な協力関係を構築・維持し、連携と成果を最大化する。 マーケティングミックス全体における競合他社の動向を監視し、顧客獲得効率とカード会員のエンゲージメントを向上させるための提言を行う。 必要に応じて、シニアマネージャーを補佐し、その他のマーケティングプロジェクトや施策を支援する。 募集要項 学歴 マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号、あるいは同等の学歴と関連実務経験の組み合わせ。 必須の経験と専門知識 企業マーケティング環境において、キャンペーン開発、クロスチャネルでの実行、クリエイティブ制作に携わった、2～5年の段階的な実務経験。 顧客獲得および／またはポートフォリオ（顧客維持、エンゲージメント、ライフサイクル）マーケティングの支援経験がある方を強く歓迎します。 外部の代理店、パートナー、またはベンダーとの協業経験。 技術的スキルおよび知識 日本語および英語の流暢な能力（会話・文章）が必須 キャンペーン管理、コミュニケーション計画、市場投入戦略、およびマーケティングツールの使用経験。 プロモーション、チャネル、またはフリークエンシーマーケティングにおける実績のある経験が望ましい。 マーケティングの概念や原則（測定や最適化を含む）について深い理解があること。 優れた問題解決能力および分析能力を有すること。 社内チーム、パートナー、ベンダーとの間で、明確かつ効果的な口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力を有すること。 優れた組織力および時間管理能力を有し、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できること。 チームワークを重視する姿勢を持ち、優れた対人スキルと、問題解決に向けた積極的なアプローチができること。 プレゼンテーションおよびファシリテーションのスキルを実証できること。 Excel、Word、PowerPointの熟練した操作能力が必須です。 Associate Manager, Japan Co-Brand
