職種: セールスエンジニア 勤務地: 日本, 東京 雇用形態 : 正社員 Position: Sales Engineer Location: Japan, Tokyo Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Channel Sales Manager 職務概要 私たちは非常にやる気のあるセールスエンジニアを探しています。セールスエンジニアは、セールス促進とお客様の満足度を確保する重要な役割を果たします。理想的な候補者は、強力な技術的バックグラウンドを持ち、複雑な技術的コンセプトを技術的および非技術的なステークホルダーに効果的に伝える能力を備えている必要があります。この役割には、積極的な顧客エンゲージメントへのアプローチ、当社の製品とサービスの深い理解、顧客ニーズを満たすための革新的なソリューションを提供する能力が必要です。 主な職務/責任 技術的専門知識: 当社の製品とサービスの専門家となり、それらの技術的側面を効果的に顧客に伝え、定期的なコミュニケーションと現地訪問を通じて強力な顧客関係を構築します。 製品デモンストレーション: 当社の提供価値を示すために製品デモンストレーションを行い、顧客サイトでのPoCコンセプト検証プロセスをリードします。 ロボットの設置とサポート: ロボットの設置、フィールドサポート、メンテナンスを担当し、顧客にロボットの使用方法を教えます。製品の性能やメンテナンスに関する問題を予測するために製品テストを実施し、将来の参照のためにすべての問題と修正措置を正確に文書化します。 顧客関係管理: 定期的な相互作用を通じて積極的に顧客関係を管理し、フィードバックを収集し、総合的な顧客体験を向上させます。 パートナーの募集と管理: リセラー、ディストリビューター、バリューアドドパートナーなど、新しいチャネルパートナーを特定し、オンボードし、会社の市場到達範囲を拡大します。既存のパートナーとの強力な関係を維持し、セールス機会を最大化します。
