Account Services Manager / アカウントサービスマネージャー Description - アカウントサービスマネージャー(ASM)の職務内容 担当する顧客 日本国内でHP Indigo デジタル印刷機およびHPインクジェットデジタル印刷機を導入する顧客3社～5社程度。 主な役割 お客様とのコミュニケーション、技術課題の進捗管理、各種改善プロジェクト等の企画・立案・遂行、パートナーおよび国内外他部署との連携、サービスコストの管理、各種レポーティングまで、様々なタスクが含まれる。関係する社内の関連部門、グローバルの部署、社外の協力会社と連携を取りながら、お客様のオペレーショナルエクセレンス達成と成長を支援する。 また、担当する顧客以外においてもHPソリューションの提案、開発、提供などを行い、HPビジネス売上増へ繋げる。 業務内容オペレーショナルエクセレンスの達成と成長の支援 顧客担当者とのコミュニケーションおよび関係維持（工場（現場オペレーター、生産管理部門）、マネジメント、IT部門など） 各種技術課題の管理、および早期解決に向けた支援（エスカレーション等） 生産性（オペレーショナルエクセレンス）のモニタリング、阻害要因の分析 改善のために必要な教育やソリューションの提案、デリバリー支援 活動計画の立案、定期的な報告（社内およびお客様） 生産性向上ミーティングなどを企画し定期的にアップデートを行う プロジェクト管理 新台インストール、アップグレード、移設等のプロジェクトをプロジェクトリーダーとして遂行 国内外のインストールマネージャー、サービスマネージャー、エンジニア、営業、マーケティングなどと協調し、インストール計画を立案、提案を取りまとめ、お客様と合意する スケジュールに沿って必要なリソースを調整し、プロジェクトをデリバリーする。 プロジェクト進捗を社内外へ報告する。 問題が起きた際は適宜エスカレーションを行い解決に努める 残課題についてはパンチリストを作成し、進捗を管理、報告を行う ビジネス開発および営業サポート 新ソリューションの開発およびデリバリーのリード（以下は一例） 新規ユーザーに対する立上げ支援プロジェクト HP Indigoの特徴を活用したカラーソリューション 複雑な要件の加工機の調査および提案 ソフトウェア/ワークフローソリューションの活用提案、コンサル 営業サポート 専門的知見、経験を活かして特定ソリューションを必要とする商談の発掘および提案活動において営業を支援

Commercial Category Manager (ビジネスプランニング担当) Description - Description - 日本HPにおいて、法人向けPCビジネスは、売上規模・利益率、及び市場におけるポジションもトップクラスにあります。その中核事業をさらに飛躍させるにあたり、より戦略的なプランニングとその実行をリードし、ビジネス成長をドライブできるスペシャリストを募集します。 ビジネスを推進する中でIT業界やテクノロジーに関する知識や経験を深め、スキルを磨きつつリーダーシップも発揮することで、ご自身のキャリアアップも行うことができます。 【職務内容】 ※下記条件を満たしていなくても、チャレンジしたい方を歓迎いたします。 法人向けPCビジネスにおいて、以下に代表されるような製品・ビジネスに関する業務の一部または全部を担当いただきます（担当製品は法人向けデスクトップPCまたはノートブックPCです）。 1) 製品ビジネスプランの策定・実行 事業としての売上・利益目標や市場シェアターゲットの設定と、それを実現するための各種アクションを策定するとともに、関連部門と協調のうえその実行をリードする。 2) 損益管理 上記ビジネスプランの実行とともに、精緻な進捗確認やフォローアップを行うことでビジネス目標の達成に貢献する。 3) 需要・供給管理 ビジネスプランを達成するのに必要な部材レベルの需要予測を行い、実際それに見合う調達・供給が行われるようビジネス全体の需給管理をリードする。 4) 製品ロードマップの決定や市場投入リード 日本市場において必要とされるPC製品・仕様の選定や要求を行い、タイムリーな市場投入に必要となるローカライズなど製品化のための一連のアクションをリードする。 5) 製品ライフサイクル管理 製品毎の販売フェーズに応じた精緻なフォーキャストや需給調整・価格設定等を行うことで製品ライフ全体において最も効率的な製品管理を実現する。 【求める要件】 ・製品マーケティング・販売企画・営業職の何れか3年以上の実務を担い（IT製品であれば望ましい）お客様への提案やビジネスプラン立案の経験を持つこと ・PCを中心とするIT業界全体のテクノロジーやマーケットに関する知識・興味を持っていること ・Excel・PowerPoint等のPCスキルを持ち、実際の業務利用経験があること ・新しいこと・チャレンジなことに前向き、かつ積極的に取り組める方であること ・ビジネスゴールを実現させるために必要となる、他部門のステークホルダーとの連携を円滑に行うことのできるコミュニケーション能力や調整力、リーダーシップを持つこと ・ロジカルな思考に基づいて自発的に必要なアクションを立案し、実行することができること ・高い当事者意識、何があっても諦めず責任感をもって物事に取り組むオーナーシップを持つこと ・海外のメンバーとの英語でのコミュニケーションをメールや会話で行うことが出来る、またはその遣り取りに抵抗がないこと（目安：TOEIC700点以上）
