Amazonビジネスは2017年9月20日に日本でローンチした事業で、企業向け購買ソリューションの開発、提供をミッションとしています。 Amazonの豊富な品揃え、利便性はそのままに、請求書払いなどの法人・個人事業主のニーズに対応した新しいサービスを提供しています。 Demand Generation Representativeは、大手～中堅企業のお客様（業種・業界・業態を問わず）のカバレッジを高めるため、電話やメールを駆使し、 - コンタクト窓口の開拓 - 意思決定者への訪問、Web商談機会の創出 - 基本的なプロファイリング - 購買ソリューションのニーズ喚起 を行います。 セールスチームと密に連携し、各セールス担当者のアカウントプラン、テリトリープランに沿って戦略的に活動を進めていきます。まだハイタッチ出来ていないお客様に対するドアノック、課題やニーズの深掘り、そしてCxOへのアプローチなど、フィールドセールスとは違ったアプローチで営業活動を進めていきます。お客様との対話にはWebやSNSなどマーケティング要素を含みつつ電話やメール、チャット、Web会議システムを駆使したフレキシブルなコミュニケーションスタイルを積極的に取り入れています。 また、担当するセールスチームの結果を最大化するためのキーイニシアティブの計画と実行、アウトバウンドコールによる商談機会創出とナーチャリングによる受注確度向上実現のための仕組みづくりにも取り組みます。アウトバウンドに限らずマーケティングチームと連携しインバウンド（Webinar/Event Lead etc.）の対応を行い、Amazonビジネスの登録、利用促進（機能訴求）を行い、売上向上を図ると共に企業のニーズ喚起を行います。 Key job responsibilities ・アウトバウンドによる新規顧客の開拓 ・マーケティングチームから創出されたリード対応 ・サービス利用が限定的なお客様へのフォローアップ、購買ソリューションのニーズ喚起 A day in the life アマゾンビジネス：事業紹介と社員インタビュー About the team Amazonビジネス導入事例 ・月数千万円の購買経費精算が3分の1に。現場の利便性向上と備品購入の最適化を同時に実現。 ・全国約370店舗に一斉導入。スピード重視の経営に最適 など、サービス導入事例をご紹介しています。
