Additional Job Description 私たちTagetik Japan株式会社は2015年に日本法人をスタートした、イタリアに本社を構えるグローバル企業の経営管理ソフトウェアベンダーです。企業向け経営管理、ソフトウェアシステムCCH Tagetikの販売、導入支援を手掛けています。経理/経営企画部門が直面している課題を解決し、企業を成長へ導く経営管理ソリューションを提供します。最近ではESG対応やグローバルタックスの領域にも進出しています。 ■日本の大企業と親和性が高いCCH Tagetik■ 私たちが提供しているCCH Tagetikは、日本の大企業と非常に親和性が高い製品です。CCH Tagetikは高い柔軟性で標準機能を豊富に用意。経理・財務の情報だけでなく非財務の情報にも対応可能なワンストップ・ワンプラットフォームのシステムとして、数々の大手企業にCCH Tagetikを導入いただいています。 拡張性と柔軟性のある製品の為、パッケージを導入した後は、その中の設定を変えるだけで様々なニーズに対応できるため、導入のコストと期間の短縮を実現しています。そのため、導入先の企業様にとっても負担が少なく、顧客満足度でもTOPクラスです。 ■これまでの実績■ 日本国内の売上規模トップ10に入る企業のうち、5社から当社の製品を採用していただいています。大手自動車メーカーをはじめ、通信会社・製薬会社・アパレルメーカーなど、大企業を中心にシェアを拡大しています。 ■グローバルな環境■ 入社後は資格試験受験のため、イタリア本社に1週間ほど滞在していただいたり、ユーザーdayのイベントでAPAC本部のシンガポールに出張に行く機会があったりと、グローバルな環境を実感していただけます。 ■募集内容■ 【必須】 -CPMやEPM、管理会計、制度連結製品の要件定義・導入経験 -英語力中級程度：読み書きが出来る方 【歓迎】 -英語力：本社とのコミュニケーションやグローバルプロジェクトにて使用 -裁量を持って、拡大期にある外資系企業で一緒に成長したい方 -在籍メンバーは、日系大手Sier、外資ITベンダー、大手コンサル出身の方まで優秀な方が集まり、切磋琢磨しながら成長する事が可能です。入社1年後にリーダーに抜擢など、成果さえ出せば、評価される環境があります。 コンサルタントポジションでの採用活動を行っております。 主に以下の2つの業務を担当していただきます。 ＜プロジェクトのコンサルティング業務＞ お客様へ経営管理ソフトCCH Tagetikの導入支援を行っていただきます。 主に要件定義から設計のフェーズにおいて、ベストプラクティスの検討/提供を行います。 ＜製品のトレーニング業務＞ 私たちのパートナーとなった企業に対し、トレーナーとしてお客さまに製品の知見を提供する業務、 その為のナレッジマネジメントなどを行います。 なお、入社されたら研修として製品のトレーニングを20日間ほど受けてもらいます。その後、既存のメンバーと一緒に案件を担当し、実際に仕事を進めながらキャッチアップしていただく予定です。 Requires
