アマゾンのフルフィルメントセンター（以下FC）では数億個の商品在庫を管理しています。在庫管理・品質保証（ICQA）チームではそれらの商品在庫をお客様からのご注文に対して正しく、早くお届けできるようにするために、FCの直行率を高める取り組みを行っています。 ICQAプログラムマネージャーはICQAのセントラルチームに所属します。プログラムマネージャーは日本全国に25あるFCを対象とし、直行率の改善や在庫品質の向上を目的とした各種プロジェクトをリードします。プロジェクトを推進する上では、国内だけでなく、グローバルチームとのやり取りも多く発生します。日本の優れた品質管理オペレーションを海外に展開することで全世界の在庫品質を高めること、またグローバルの優れた手法を日本に導入することで更に日本の在庫品質を高めることができます。 このポジションの最大の魅力は、大規模なプロジェクトを自ら企画・運営できることです。常に革新的なソリューションやアイディアを提案し、スピード感をもって実行することが期待されています。 Key job responsibilities ◆主なプロジェクト◆ ※以下記が予定しているプロジェクトですが、状況により異なるプロジェクトの発生、アサインがあります。※ １．FC内で発生する商品ダメージの削減 マクロ視点でのデータ分析を通して、FCで発生する商品ダメージの原因を特定、または仮説検証を行い、課題解決に取り組みます。サイトタイプ（ロボティクスを導入しているサイトや、衣類のみまたは危険物のみを保管しているFC）があり、サイト別の解決策の提案、施策実施の優先順位付け、システム導入や進捗管理を行います。また、事業企画や関係各所へのレポート、ビジネスレビューに参加します。企業として環境に与える影響も大きくSDGsも考慮した活動が求められます。 ２．SOX 在庫品質管理業務に関する内部統制の法律（SOX）を遵守するため、不正防止プロセスの構築や、オペレーション改善に取り組みます。全国のFCメンバーへのトレーニングを実施し、法律を遵守した在庫管理ができる仕組みを構築します。 A day in the life ◆Example◆ - 日本国内の倉庫におけるオペレーションの現状確認、課題特定 - 課題解決のための方針・方策決定、提案書作成 - プロジェクト実施に向けた予算・承認取得 - プロジェクト管理（アクション・タイムライン策定、トラッキング、ミーティング、リソース管理） - 品質KPIの週次トラッキング、レポート作成 - 海外倉庫のベンチマーク、改善機会の特定、日本への導入に向けた提案書作成と実施 - 全世界のICQAチームとの情報交換（ミーティング、メール、Slack等を活用） - カナダ、ヨーロッパに在籍するTechチームとのミーティング - 各ビジネスレビューに向けたレポートの作成およびビジネスレビューミーティングへの参加 ※プロジェクトの内容によっては、年に数回、国内外への出張をすることがあります
