Account Services Manager / アカウントサービスマネージャー Description - アカウントサービスマネージャー(ASM)の職務内容 担当する顧客 日本国内でHP Indigo デジタル印刷機およびHPインクジェットデジタル印刷機を導入する顧客3社～5社程度。 主な役割 お客様とのコミュニケーション、技術課題の進捗管理、各種改善プロジェクト等の企画・立案・遂行、パートナーおよび国内外他部署との連携、サービスコストの管理、各種レポーティングまで、様々なタスクが含まれる。関係する社内の関連部門、グローバルの部署、社外の協力会社と連携を取りながら、お客様のオペレーショナルエクセレンス達成と成長を支援する。 また、担当する顧客以外においてもHPソリューションの提案、開発、提供などを行い、HPビジネス売上増へ繋げる。 業務内容オペレーショナルエクセレンスの達成と成長の支援 顧客担当者とのコミュニケーションおよび関係維持（工場（現場オペレーター、生産管理部門）、マネジメント、IT部門など） 各種技術課題の管理、および早期解決に向けた支援（エスカレーション等） 生産性（オペレーショナルエクセレンス）のモニタリング、阻害要因の分析 改善のために必要な教育やソリューションの提案、デリバリー支援 活動計画の立案、定期的な報告（社内およびお客様） 生産性向上ミーティングなどを企画し定期的にアップデートを行う プロジェクト管理 新台インストール、アップグレード、移設等のプロジェクトをプロジェクトリーダーとして遂行 国内外のインストールマネージャー、サービスマネージャー、エンジニア、営業、マーケティングなどと協調し、インストール計画を立案、提案を取りまとめ、お客様と合意する スケジュールに沿って必要なリソースを調整し、プロジェクトをデリバリーする。 プロジェクト進捗を社内外へ報告する。 問題が起きた際は適宜エスカレーションを行い解決に努める 残課題についてはパンチリストを作成し、進捗を管理、報告を行う ビジネス開発および営業サポート 新ソリューションの開発およびデリバリーのリード（以下は一例） 新規ユーザーに対する立上げ支援プロジェクト HP Indigoの特徴を活用したカラーソリューション 複雑な要件の加工機の調査および提案 ソフトウェア/ワークフローソリューションの活用提案、コンサル
